Hosts were super kind and fun. Home was very comfortable for three to four people. Accommidations were more than adequate for our stay. We even got a home made loaf of bread! Now that is very kind. Loved it and will come back again

Great Stay for Black Canyon Ultra

We were in town for the ultra marathon. What a fantastic property. John and Jean were so welcoming and helpful. We had a loaf of bread prepared for us upon our arrival and there was fruit and water waiting there as well. They consistently went above and beyond as hosts. Property was spacious, clean and quiet. Great kitchen space for meal prep. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Unique western village theme

The rental was very nice with comfortable beds and many pillows. The owners left delicious homemade bread, coffee pods, etc. Good kitchen. The owner went beyond to assure that we were pleased. Definitely would go back again.

Lovely Property and great property managers

John the owner of the VRBO we stayed in was amazing. We were readily able to talk with him and he always responded quite promptly. One Morning he even brought us over fresh honey wheat bread his wife had baked! We will certainly go back. It was well worth the money we spent to stay there.

The host are very friendly and accommodating. The place is really clean and cozy. The place has lots of character. It's quiet and quaint. It is not from Cave Creek ... you must try The Heart and Soul Cafe for breakfast it is only 5 min away .. there is also in the same plaza a place for adult drinks and food with a friendly bartender called Fat Willys.. we enjoyed our stay !! Hope to go back soon!

The property is in a beautiful area. They have signs showing how to get to the house. They have different gated areas, porches and siting areas. I sat on one porch to watch the sun come up and drink my coffee and one at night to relax. The buildings are amazing to look at for both kids and adults. The house is completely comfortable and welcoming. The loaf of fresh homemade bread was mouthwatering. This was my first time renting something like this. I hope that they are all like this!!! The owners are very friendly and made it so easy. I feel that they went above and beyond any expectations I had for a rented/borrowed home. I am already looking at when I can make a trip back so I can see if I can book with them again and take other people. The house has more than enough room for friends and family. Thank you for an amazing place for an amazing weekend!!

We arrived on our second trip to lovely spring ranch and found the same warm hospitality and friendliness of our hosts the Hinds, John and Jean. It literally felt like a homecoming event as we toured the new construction the John had completed and enjoyed a vbisit with Jean. She makes wonderful bread which was once again waiting for us on the kitchen counter. The ranch has two nice bedrooms and was more than roomy for the three of us staying there. Our favorite activity was to sit out in the warm evening and enjoy the backyard and the quiet. John has created a wonderful western setting in the backyard including a saloon. We spent several hours swapping stories and enjoying a beer in that new facility. We'd highly recommend it for anyone who likes a comfortable place in a rural type setting.

This Home is amazing. You don't feel like your staying in a "place", you feel like your staying in a "Home". Host (Jean/John) are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. They do not interfere with your stay but are more than helpful when asked. Based on what they did to the property, you feel like your in a Western Town from the 1800's. It is AMAZING. My 7 year old grandson did not want to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
