What a wonderful place to stay. Mountain and lake views, private patio, pool access, clean, modern, and a short walk to the beach. The host was quick to reply and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Kelowna is a really special place!

Perfect birthday weekend

My friends and I enjoyed the long weekend here. It was the perfect location and honestly was bigger than the pictures look! It was super clean and they were able to accommodate to early check in and late check out and were super responsive/ easy to talk to.

The condo is gorgeous, exactly as shown in photos, was spotless, would definately stay here again.The only negative was it would have been nice to have known ahead of time that the front entrance was closed off due to construction and how to get into the building. Excellent location - nice pool area. Lots of eating options within walking distance of the condo. This condo very well set up - excellent kitchen amenities. Likely the best we have ever had. We would certainly stay here again. Emilie was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location, central to everything. Disliked the air conditioning unit for the entire building is just below master bedroom suite so enjoy the outside patio was impossible due to the noise. Liked that we had access to the washer and dryer because we had to wash our towels/face cloths as we only got one each for the week.

Great stay amazing location

We stayed here for three nights. Contact with the host was excellent, she was really kind! We loved the two bedrooms and bathrooms, the pools and gym, also the easy access to the beach. We hated the noise coming from the ac unit outside the appartement, it was really loud and therefore we did not like to sit outside on the balcony (with an amazing view!) . We loved the appartement with all its amenities and it s great location.

What a wonderful and wholesome experience! Emelie is such a gem, she was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was super accommodating with whatever last minute requests my family and I had! The location was perfect, the lake, pool, restaurants, cafes were all within walking distance from the property, the neighbourhood was just lovely, I enjoyed going for my morning matcha walk before the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything we needed was provided, from lawn chairs to pool noodles, Emelie’s property was stocked up! We will surely be booking this property next time we’re in town!

Kelowna Convention

Excellent stay at Emelie's place! We were a party of five (4 adults, one youth) in Kelowna for a three day convention. The condo suited us just fine during the five nights we were in town and the property felt very secure. Following the directions provided by Emelie made check-in a breeze. Hint: Make use of the wagon provided in the hall closet to transport your luggage and such to and from your vehicle. Any questions we did have were quickly answered by our host. The unit is clean and bright and had more than we needed in regards to appliances, utensils and such. The location was fantastic for our needs. Parked the car and there it stayed. Prospera Place is less then a ten minute walk. Restaurants, beach, boardwalk all just a stroll away. All in all a great VRBO experience!

Maintenance issues

A/C wasn’t working and ensuite sink drained very slowly. The condo didn’t start to cool down until 11 at night so it was hard to sleep until after midnight. Garbage area was extremely hard to find the first time … maybe a map could be included? Overall it would be a five star if not for the maintenance issues. Great location although the building is quite busy with stagettes etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would not hesitate to come back!Emelie was a fantastic host, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo was spotless on arrival and well-maintained throughout. The location is hard to beat, close to the waterfront and everything you need for a relaxing family trip.This place is a great fit for families with young kids. There is plenty of space, the setup is practical, and the building amenities kept our girls entertained when we were not out exploring. Kelowna's summer weather did the rest!Highly recommend this property to any family looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Kelowna.

Amazing downtown kelowna stay!

Condo was excellent. Very clean. Great location. Only a couple minute walk to the beach. Lots of attractions close by to walk to as well. Nice pool and hot tub right on site.

I teach math and statistics at Okanagan College and live in the unit full time during the school year. My husband is a dentist in the Canadian Armed Forces and we are currently posted to beautiful Victoria. We were previously posted to Edmonton and Ottawa and loved our time in both places!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in Discovery Bay off and on since 2005 and when this unit came up for sale I knew we had to buy it! The views are so beautiful, I will never get enough of those Okanagan hills. We love that both bedrooms have nice bright windows.
