Both bathrooms updated, ceramic tile throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area. Dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. This condo is cozy, light and clean! Unit includes central air, a very well equipped kitchen. (2020), dishwasher, 3 flat screen TV's and 3 DVD players. Regular and Keurig coffee makers! Everything your family needs to create great memories! Washer and Dryer in unit. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: Queen Bed + Twin LVRM: NEW Queen Sleep Sofa DEN: Queen Sleep Sofa. FREE beach locker!

The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
