The well equipped kitchen/family room with a fireplace can accommodate eight guests making it the perfect place for family gatherings. The elevator to all three levels including the lower level family room, main level, and the third floor bed room level with 4 bedrooms make this property highly desirable for guests who would rather not cope with stairs. Kayaks can be delivered to the property with an easy launch, and bike riders can take advantage of the eastern shore's perfect, flat, terrain where you can ride for miles. Less than a mile drive from the house you can board the Bellevue - Oxford ferry by car, a short walk or bike ride which will take you across the river to the quaint town of Oxford. There's also a playground for the little ones. Don't miss the home made ice cream at the Scottish Highland Creamery ice cream parlor. Excellent!!
