home on 3 acres of land, with a water view awaits you and your family/friends for summer getaways full of fun,sun and adventure !
Although there is beauty all over the Island,the Central North Shore of PEI is often regarded as the most beautiful part of it.
This great location offers you a perfect base to explore the Island,while beeing convenient to the main attractions.
Besides close proximity to fantastic beaches ,enjoy 4 great golf courses nearby,historic sites, museums,fishing and boat tours,music festivals, antique stores,famous PEI pottery stores, cooking classes,horseback riding,hiking, farmer's markets, amusement/adventure parks,great dining,National Parks and much more....!
We offer for your enjoyement this renovated, century farm house we fell in love with,and hope you will too!
The house features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen and 1 with 2 twin beds),
2 full bathrooms( 1 on the main floor and one upstairs),large,fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher,microvawe and some small appliances ( 4slice toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, hand mixer). Washer/dryer in the bathroom on the main floor..Dining room with propane F/P, living room with electrical F/ P.
Linens,towels,beach towels, small blankets,shampoo/conditioner/body wash ,as well as some pantry items for the 1st breakfast supplied.(eggs,bread,jam,oatmeal,cereal,fruit,pasta and sauce).
Dedicated work/office space.
Large backyard with enough space to play games (ball,friesbie,badminton,jumping ropes provided) ,BBQ with utensils,
fire pit with wood supplied.
Very small area of a backyard on the side of the house, is shared with hosts RV ,where they are staying to provide any help or assistance to the guests as well to tend the gardens... (there are no close neighbours around).
Our very friendly dog Maya (Vizsla breed) may
greet you upon arrival,but will not disturb in any way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Summer House. Our hosts were friendly and gracious, and the property was absolutely beautiful! The location was close to all places on our itinerary, which included many Anne of Green Gables landmarks, but did not feel “touristy,” which we try to avoid. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about this place is wonderful. The owners are the friendliest people you will ever meet. The home is well maintained and charming. The place is great for both as a home base for exploring the island or for staying in and just enjoying a comfortable place.

Absolutely amazing experience! Ewa and George are amazing hosts. The property was gorgeous. The house was extremely clean and well-kept. Ewa and George go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have a good experience. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on the island!

A Beautiful Place and Such Kind Hosts!

My family had a really wonderful time staying here. The house and grounds were well managed and picturesque and the hosts were kind, attentive, and helpful. We were nearby a lot of beautiful sights and locations and enjoyed be able to relax in a beautiful home after a long day of exploring.

Amazing place to stay.

We booked this property for 3 nights and would have stayed much longer. It was so nice and comfortable and the hosts Ewa and George were amazing hosts. The view was awesome and the location perfect for seeing the sights of Cavendish and an easy drive to Charlottetown. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Beautiful location

A great place to stay for myself and older children. Clinton Summer House is close to Cavendish and great local beaches. The house was beautiful and Ewa and George were very welcoming.

Wonderful house on PEI!

We stayed here for a week while traveling around PEI and we absolutely loved it. Ewa and George are the most generous and hospitable hosts - they have thought of everything. The house is beautifully appointed, and its central location on the island is perfect for exploring east and west. We hope to stay here again!

The most amazing house, hosts, and location

George and Ewe were the most welcoming hosts. Their place was idyllic and perfect for our family get away. It was very close to all of the best experiences PEI has to offer. We are already looking at our calendar to see when we can visit this house again!

Very hospitable

The home is very clean and well appointed. The hosts go above and beyond to provide hospitality (all while George is recovering from an injury!). I would highly recommend this rental - it is located near all of the Anne of Green Gables spots!

Amazing place to stay - highly recommended!

Clinton Hills Summer house is outstanding! Staying at this place was one of the highlight of our trip to PEI trip. The house is spacious, perfectly maintained, extremely clean, well located. The land around the house is beautiful... The hosts are attentive to our well-being and are making sure everything is perfect. For sure, we will be coming back to this place next time we travel to PEI!

Perfect place for our PEI dream vacation

As lovers of all things Anne of Green Gables, this house was so charming and perfect for us. The owners are amazing, attentive but not intrusive, and keep this property in beautiful condition. The location could not have been better, central on the island. And the view was so lovely. We will be recommending this rental to anyone we know that will be visiting the island.

Ewa and George definitely have the gift of hospitality! They are friendly, helpful and kind. They blessed us with gifts of food and fruit from their garden and also provided many thoughtful touches to the house for our convenience. Their home is beautiful with a stunning view and peaceful grounds. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We felt like we were living back in Anne’s time period. It is in the heart of Green Gables country with plenty of places to eat and shop. We soaked up the peaceful countryside and coastal areas around us. We hope we can return someday!

Enchanting!

We had the most perfect time we could imagine! The house is so sweet and the garden is just the most beautiful thing you could imagine. Bright color, sweet scent, bird song. We spent evenings out there reading. Inside the house had everything we could have needed and the hosts could not have been nicer! They left us fresh bread for breakfast and raspberries picked from the garden. We were literally talking about when we could come back as we drove away. Could not be happier.

Great property in wonderful location with extremely hospitable hosts

This is a wonderful, centrally located historic farmhouse with modern updates. We loved our stay in this beautiful home, with wonderful hosts Ewa and George. This spacious home had everything we needed, with lots of space for all five of us. Comfortable beds, lots of closet space and dressers for our clothes, two very well appointed bathrooms, and a large kitchen. We appreciated all the modern comforts while being surrounded by antiques and the character of this 120 year old farmhouse. This home is very tasteful decorated with antiques that perfectly blend with the modern touches. Our hosts were nearby to ensure our needs were met, but completely unobtrusive to our stay. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and attentive. They provided some great tips on places to visit. We were delighted to find some homemade goodies and staples upon our arrival. The setting is peaceful and serene, and ideally located in Central PEI, close to Summerside, Kensington, and Cavendish, and only ~45 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. This is a beautiful province and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We cannot say enough good things about this property - you will not be disappointed staying here. Thank you, Ewa and George, for your gracious hospitality!!

Dieses Haus war das Highlight unserer Rundreise. Man merkt, dass es von den Besitzern mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird und wir haben uns noch nie so umsorgt gefühlt in einem Ferienhaus. Ewa und George waren immer da und ansprechbar, ohne auch nur im geringsten aufdringlich zu sein. Selbstgebackenes Brot bei der Ankunft und Himbeeren aus dem Garten, sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Eigentlich sollte der Besuch auf Prince Edward Island eine einmalige Sache sein, aber jetzt überlegen wir schon, irgendwann noch mal zurückzukommen! Vielen Dank noch mal, Ewa und George!

We immigrated to Canada in 1987 from Poland in search for new life and opportunity. I worked in hospitality and beauty care industry, while George was in the agriculture and transport business. Now ,that we're both retired and have more time ,we decided to open our home to travelers who want to discover and explore this beautiful Island. We have lived in a couple other provinces of Canada , Ontario and British Columbia, as well as Costa Rica, where we also welcomed guests in our Costa Rican beach house.
We moved to PEI recently and fell in love with the Island and the house we bought.
We hope we can make your stay a memorable one, while you explore and enjoy this beautiful place on Earth.

Why they chose this property

It was love at the first site....this house is over 100 years old and we are determent to find out its story...It has such a warm, peaceful energy and feel. ....we think it chose us!
