Surfside Shores 1306 is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath west corner unit with Gulf-front views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Located just one mile west of the Hwy 59/Hangout intersection, it is close to numerous shopping and dining destinations. The property features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.



Unit Features:



• Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom; northside balcony access is from the third bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four with two additional barstools



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Third bedroom features two twin-size beds



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

The perfect spot for our book club getaway! Minor issues like uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, slow draining tub, and poorly patched broken sink basin did not thwart us enjoying our stay. Great host, beautiful view, and excellent locale might draw us back again. Overall, a great experience!

What a beautiful place. We had a wonderful stay. The beach was amazing and beautiful. The unit has everything you would need for a week stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back again.

Location was good. “Hangout” a mile away. Roomy patio area with nice furniture. The kitchen was a little small. We had 6 ladies. The beds were comfy. Two bathrooms have been updated. The unit was clean. The condominium property could use some TLC.

We really enjoyed the stay. And looking forward to staying again. There were only two issues I personally had. The dry towels and kitchen towels had blonde hair all of over them. And the hot tub was cold water. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Loved having 4 beds also very happy that there was no carpet in the condo, nice wood flooring.Could improve Master bed and guest bedroom with queen- noisy boxsprings every time you shift in bed.Beds were comfortable just noisyToilet off master constantly kicking on and off throughout the nightAfter condo was booked, there was a notice that the condo could be shown during our stay. If this was mentioned before booking, we didn’t see it. Overall, this was a very nice stay in great location.

Great Condo on the Beach

This condo was perfect! Every bedroom has its own bathroom, it was very clean, and super comfortable. On site parking and direct beach access made it very easy to just relax. The patio has an amazing view.

Beautiful view

Took my 18 year old granddaughter who just graduated from high school for a little get away. Perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean. Nice set up with bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable.
