Uncrowded Corner Beachfront 3BR w/3 New Spa Baths

*Per the City of Gulf Shores, tents larger than 7x7 are prohibited on the beach. Small kid/baby tents and umbrellas are allowed.*

Located on the second floor, Seaside Serenity sits directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There's also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the water and palm tree views on the large private balcony that features a four-person dining table and two Adirondack chairs.

The condo complex is a low density building (only 48 units), so there's less crowds on the beach, compared to larger condo complexes!

Seaside Serenity is located close to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and more! There's two gulf front pools (one heated in the cooler months) and two small kiddie pools (not heated) and is a short boardwalk to the white sandy beach.

-Starter pack of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, and bars of hand soap.
-Kitchen table seats 6, plus 2 bar stools at the bar

On-Site Parking:
-$30 parking pass per vehicle, per stay (2 vehicle maximum), paid cash at the guard stand.
*Per HOA rules, no trailers, campers, attachments, and motor homes, etc. in the parking lot.

-No smoking/vaping (inside or outside)
-Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years of age
-No parties/events
-Bath towels included, but please bring your own beach towels.
-For stays longer than 8 nights, we require our cleaner to clean/change bedding/provided fresh towels, etc. during the stay. This will be an additional cleaning fee that will be added after booking.

**Important**
Guests are required to send the following information to the co-host within 24 hours of booking:
-Must sign rental agreement contract and a copy of ID.
-Names and ages of all guests.
