Ground Floor PGA Village Golf Villa

Perfect for snow birds and golf enthusiasts. The PGA Village Golf Villa is a first floor condo situated in the beautiful community of PGA Village of Port Saint Lucie West and a short walk to PGA Village Golf Club, which boasts 3 Championship courses, a 35 acre golfers paradise, with 54 holes of championship golf. The grounds of PGA Village offer beautiful areas to walk, bike, drive and explore. For baseball fans, Clover Park Baseball Stadium is also nearby, spring training home of the New York Mets. There are many close shopping and dining areas to choose from, including the newly built area of Tradition. Only 30 minutes away are some of the most stunning beaches of Floridas Treasure Coast, including the many beaches of famous Hutchinson Island.

The Golf Villa sleeps 3, with a Queen size bed and Twin Size Futon in the Master Bedroom. You can cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen and eat at the island bar or tabletop seating in the screened in patio. The condo has a Whirlpool Roman bathtub, two sink vanities and a separate walk-in shower. Need more Room? Ask us about the adjoining Queen Studio Suite, available upon request and availability.

This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. A 24-hour turnaround time will also be implemented in-between guest stays to protect our guests. We provide a Starter set with an initial supply of travel size shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels, and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

PGA Weekend

Great place, easy to access, loved the apartment layout. Near stores and restaurants and just a few miles of I95. The owner was really attentive and available. Bottom line, loved this place.

Spring Training Getaway

The property was convenient to the ball park and golf. It was clean. Property management was responsive. Linens were excellent. Outdoor seating was lovely. Regrets were the lack of comfortable seating and kitchenware.

Great condo in perfect location to everything, Very clean, comfortable furniture, bed was great and loved the screened porch for morning cofee and evening cocktails. Kitchen amenities were great with coffee pods, sugars, adequate paper towels, trash bags. Pool is still under construction but we were able to use the Club facilities for pool which was excellent! Overall a great 7 day stay for us

My son, who resides in Port St. Lucie, just 3 miles away, needed open heart surgery. The location of this condo was perfect. We purchased a few items for the condo (potato peeler, dish drainboard, dish towel, table cloth and mats, etc. Suggestions: two beach chairs and two beach towels would have made a big difference. Perfect Dr condo

This property is in need of some deep cleaning and TLC. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean but the floors were dirty, baseboards missing, no drawer space or hangers in the closet. The property manager was responsive to our problem with the TV and the smoke detectors going off and I would guess he has no control over the condition of the unit.

Unfortunately we had challenges with the condition that the prior guests left the unit and were not able to address everything prior to your check in.
