Great house to skip over to Disney and back

Great house for a big family. 5 bedrooms is a plus! Kitchen was stocked with all you need even a coffee maker and hot water heater for tea. Less than 10 mins to parks…lots of restaurants, and groceries close by

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
On arrival, we checked the house, found dead bugs and alive bug in the mattress, burn marks and holes in the bed sheets, pool was dirty. There was a piece of the ceiling outside by the pool falling off. Staff were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. It was cold inside the house, where the heating system didnt work, water pressure sucked. The only positive thing i can say was that the pillows were comfortable and the location was close to alot of shops, restaurants, and the parks.
