Very nice , comfortable home. The location is convenient, not to far from stores and the main roads. I would stay there again.

We had 5 sets of golf clubs so garage access would have been nice. The kitchen needed more linens. Location was great for all our week’s activities. Space for hanging clothes in the master bedroom would have been nice.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The area was perfect for our stay while we attended the National Bowling Tournament in Reno. We appreciated being able to have our fur baby stay with us, as the home was pet friendly. Our family would love to return in 2029 for the next tournament. HIGHLY recommend!

Great stay!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We were in for a golf tournament and the house was super close to Red Hawk golf course. Very clean home…very spacious and well kept. The host was incredibly responsive and we were able to check in a little early as well. I would highly recommend if you need a home in the area.

Great Famiky house

Place was great. Had kids and dog and the house accommodated all.. My only recommendation might be a little more info at the house helping with things like TVs and nearby stores and restaurants. Overall great experience

Overall we loved our stay! The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. A couple things I noticed the listing pictures 2 sets of bunk beds in a bed room. The picture is outdated and there is actually only a twin and a full bed in that room. I believe the listed description has this correct I realized later. Also, a couple of the mattresses are very worn out and in need of replacing.

sparks trip

pictures did not match condition of property, not very clean, large mud area in back yard was kind of an eye sore, we only used this place for overflow sleeping for a family event, I would not book it for a family vacation

Great location and stay

This house was very beautiful and clean overall a great stay.. check in was easy and the house had a lot of useful items. The kitchen is full of helpful items to cook when traveling. The jacuzzi was awesome. Little things I would improve would be the fire pit was broken and we were bummed there was no replacement.. also the propane tank was empty and we had to purchase a replacement. Wifi did not work for me however I didn't realize it till the last night and did not bother trying to reach out to owner. Even with these minor issues I would definitely stay again!.

Perfect Spanish Springs Location!

This house was in the perfect location for our family event in Spanish Springs. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and only 15-20 minutes away from the Sparks Marina area. We had no problems during our visit but the host was very responsive to my text messages. The house was in great shape and still has that "new house smell". COLD air conditioning and quiet neighborhood. Check out WinCo for your discount groceries (debit card or cash only) or Raley's for a more premium grocery experience. Also, stop by the See's Candies store (near Costco) for some free samples and yummy gifts to take home. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay

We didn’t have water when we arrived at 2:30 until the next day at 10:15, the host was apologetic and left a nice gift but the whole situation was frustrating since we had to go to other families homes to shower and buy water to use the toilets. The house was very nice and clean it was a freak accident but it was very inconvenient for us

Hi Veronica, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that’s fully prepared for their stay, so we apologize you experienced this water issue during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The water service was disrupted due to an unexpected billing issue caused by suspicious account activity. The homeowner worked swiftly to resolve it but had to wait for the water company to restore service.-While the situation was out of their immediate control, they sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and were glad to offer a gift as a gesture of appreciation for your understanding.-The early check-in was offered as a courtesy to help you start your stay sooner, and we’re sorry this situation made things more challenging upon arrival. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a seamless stay in the future!
