Excellent communication both during the holiday and prior. Fantastic Villa and a great location really close to the beach and local bars etc. Chrissy was super helpful and made us feel welcome in the Villa. Great advice and suggestions for where to go. Thanks for an excellent break.

Amazing property and location. We would definitely stay here again. The walk to the beach was 2-3min at most and was super convenient on days we wanted to just have a beach day. The pool was a great size at the property and the overall layout was brilliant enabling family members to each have their own space if they wished to.

Could not fault our stay in this stunning villa. Lots of space for everyone and a fabulous sized pool, which was enjoyed by us all. The location is perfect and near a stunning beach with lots of places to eat. We particularly liked the Vadella beach bar. All communication was great both leading up to our stay and during. We hope to come back one day. Thank you

Amazing Villa in a great location.!

Stunning tastefully decorated villa with great facilities, terraces, views and a great location 5 mins walk to the beach. Pool is heated to a perfect temperature and great games (pool / table tennis) for teens and adults and play spaces for younger kids. 100% recommended!

Stunning villa in a great location

All beds have their own bathrooms. The villa is so well kept and has everything you could need. The area is beautiful and the villa is stunning! The property manager and owner are both very responsive and super helpful and kind!

60th Birthday holiday

The villa is lovely and has many original features and lots of places to sit and relax, dine and sunbath. With a big group its perfect and pool is a great size. The road outside the villa is fast so don't be ambling in the middle of the road. A great area to be visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would happily return. Vicky was extremely communicative throughout, and Christina, who looked after our check-in and check-out, was also incredibly friendly and helpful.One suggestion for future guests would be to mention before arrival that Christina can arrange a grocery shop. We had already made alternative arrangements, so couldn't access the villa beforehand to stock the fridge. Knowing this in advance would have made our arrival even smoother.The villa is brilliantly located, just a six-minute walk to Cala Vedella, one of Ibiza's loveliest bays. The walk back is a fairly energetic 15-minute climb, but being able to walk to the beach is a real bonus. There's also a well-stocked supermarket and several good restaurants nearby.The villa is exceptionally well equipped and has a genuine, homely feel. It offers everything needed for a family holiday, including a large kitchen upstairs, a second kitchen downstairs, two washing machines, two tumble dryers, two fridges and two freezers. The views from the upstairs balcony are superb.We visited during the July 2026 heatwave, so it was exceptionally hot, but the pool was a great size for cooling off, and the pool toys provided for the children were a lovely touch.Overall, we had an excellent holiday. This was our 15th visit to Ibiza and we've stayed in many villas over the years, so the fact we'd happily stay here again is probably the strongest recommendation we can give.

Holiday and wedding

Terrific villa. Everyone loved the pool especially the kids. Calm chill areas. Superb views from the rooftop. Well kitted out kitchen. Comfy beds though we thought folding bed would have a metal frame not just a mattress. Nearby beach and restaurants are great. Do go try Lupitas Kitchen.

Perfect for families with children of all ages

We were a group of 9 including 4 children ages 4,6,7 & 10. The villa was perfect with plenty of space for all of us inside and out. The pool was gorgeous and deep enough for everyone to enjoy. The Beach was nice with a good choice of restaurants and not too touristy. We hired paddle boards which were €20 for an hour. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would like to thank Victoria and her team for making us feel so welcome.

Gem in Ibiza

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The entire house is very well-equipped. The fact that the pool is heated was a huge advantage. We made eager use of it. An outdoor shower and a boiler that could give all the indoor showers hot water at the same time would make the villa absolutely perfect. On-site communication with Chrissie was also very good. You will be pleased to know that in October, we are upgrading our two large boilers to the largest size of boiler able to be used in villas in ibiza . Best vacation ever

We visited this villa with 11 friends and we had the best vacation ever. The villa is exactly as the pictures shows online. The beach is near by and the villa has a lot of chill spots. Villa was really clean and all the rooms got there own bathroom. The contact we had with Chrissie who was responsible for the check in progress etc was perfect. We forgot some stuff and she has sent it over to us with DHL. Also the contact with Victoria was very good. thanks for that. I recommended this villa to everybody who is reading this.

A 5 star plus villa in every way .

We had a mixed age group from 85 to 23 and everyone had a great time. The villa is beautiful with large en suite bedrooms. It has three floors and the lower floor can be self contained with its own kitchen and direct access into the pool. We put our sons and their friend down here as it had a pool table, old style arcade game machine, huge tv so they could watch love island, sad I know. The middle floor also has a kitchen and utility room and access to a sun deck with table tennis and seating area. It was just a lovely space with so much attention to detail. The beach is about a 5 minute walk down a hill and has plenty of bars and restaurants . St Joseph the closest town has a big supermarket and shops and restaurants and is about 15 minutes in the car. To sum up we all loved the villa and the location and would definitely visit again.

De villa ligt in een heel mooie rustige omgeving.Het onthaal door Chrissie verliep zeer vlot.De 2 kamers op de bovenste verdieping zijn fantastisch, de kamer op het gelijkvloers heeft net iets te weinig opbergruimte en voor de badkamer moet je een stapje door de living waardoor je geen volledige privacy hebt.De 2 kamers beneden zijn goedgenoeg voor kinderen maar niet voor volwassenen omdat de ene kamer ook een badkamer heeft waar je eerst de gameruimte doormoet wandelen en geen raam heeft en de andere een klein geblindeerde raam waardoor je wel een gelosten gevoel hebt.De buitenruimte is fantastich, mooi groot zwembad en leuke buiten eetplaast.De badartikelen zoals shampoo waren niet aanwezig, zit wel in de beschrijvingen.
