Great location but not clean or well stocked

The house was not well stocked. There were no nose tissues, limited dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. There was no keurig as listed and the kitchen utensils we scarce. It was hard to make meals with limited utensils. The bedding and bathrooms were clean but the walls and floor were pretty dirty. The house was at a great location but parking was limited. It would be a great house for people who are just sleeping there but not great for caring for a family with small kids.

We provide a complimentary starter pack to help our guests settle in before they can visit the store, and we always include this information in our guidebook so you can review it a few days prior to your arrival. Just a quick note—while we don’t have a Keurig, we do provide a drip coffee maker for your convenience. I also appreciate you bringing up the limited utensils; we’ll make sure to add more for our future guests. Regarding the walls, we’ll definitely address that with our cleaning team to ensure everything is in tip-top shape. As for parking, our townhouse has one designated spot right in front, and there’s plenty of guest parking available in the area on a first-come, first-served basis. Thanks again for your feedback! We hope to have another opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
