It was very hot weather and the pool was quite a distance from the unit, with a steep uphill walk on the way home . The TV in the unit was very difficult to use....the remote control was one of those universal replacements and it did not do the job. Most of the time we just gave up

Hi Catherine.
Next time you stay can you let me know what temperature would be suitable so I can advise the weather gods?
I would also appreciate you sending me your recommendation to where the resort should relocate the pool. They would very much be happy to move the pool to a location that is more suitable for you.
The remote came with the TV, I do agree that many remotes are hard to use for those who are not acquainted with newer technology.
I assume you are not acquainted with technology as you did not phone, text or message me so that the easy fix of getting a couple of new batteries (old technology) for the remote could be provided (in the cupboard).
Nice balcony with views over the valley. Car parking adjacent to the property with a Tesla charger at the resort reception. You can walk to reception in less that 10 minutes, a small pool is en-route but was too cold in September. Food was nice at the restaurant adjacent to the lake.AC works ok, comfy massive beds, well laid out lounge diner, great shower, basic kitchen equipment. If, like me, you like a large coffee mug bring your own.
Two sisters and we stayed for 4 nights. Quiet and central location made it easy to wine taste and eat out. Lovely birds singing and lots of kangaroos around on our walks.
From the moment we booked our 5 night's stay right up until the day before we arrived, we had instant and reliable contact with the owner. In fact, Kim offered recommendations on where to visit. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you would require, the views were magnificent, and it really felt like home away from home. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Welcome bottle of wine & chocolate which was very unexpected- lovely touch! Unit located at the back of Cypress Lakes Resort so out of the main thoroughfare which was more peaceful. Big beds, large bathrooms lovely kitchen and lounge/dining area. Lovely balcony overlooking the bush land but unfortunately no bbq. This would not stop us from staying here again - we all really enjoyed it! Thank you 😊
Stayed at this property for a long weekend and it did not disappoint. The view from the living area and balcony was stunning - it's was very nice waking up to the view every morning. The villa was huge in size, with plenty of room to move. It was pleasantly dark, nice and quiet at night which gave us a nice and peaceful sleep. The property manage Kim was lovely and friendly plus very easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to book this accommodation again the near future..........highly recommended.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
Property was spacious, that’s where it stops. Email communications was poor, beds were really uncomfortable, air conditioning was not working properly. The property was showing signs of aging and the photos were deceiving. Unfortunately for the price I was paying it was overpriced.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this property for our new year holiday. This was the first stop on our mid-north coast road trip and wanted a place for 1 night and 2 days in the Hunter Valley region.
The property is located in the Cyprus Lakes golf resort but keep in mind that because this is a private property you will not be able to access the resort pool and ammenities. There is a pool you can access, but this is much smaller than the resort pool.
The property itself is very clean and very well stocked with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Mattresses are nice and firm and comfortable. The pillows are on the high/firm side. The property has air conditioning for the living area and a both bedrooms and bathrooms in each bedroom are clean and tidy.
The property has fantastic views of the surrounding landscape and very quiet and peaceful.
