When we went the property was not even cleaned and we went for 2 nights and they wanted us to move to other property for one night and then come back to the original property cause they didn’t clean it. We went there to relax and enjoy our time off but when we saw the property we regretted….
Perfect for our requirements with 2 kids and a dog. The kids loved the big garden and roasting marshmallows on the firepit as well as the pool table. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It really was everything we needed for a relaxing break.
It was the perfect size for the number of people and very cosy and comfortable. The kids loved the games room. A few things missing from the kitchen drawers like a vegetable peeler and a broom for sweeping the floors, but otherwise a great stay.
Clean, newly renovated property with comfortables beds.

We stayed here over the xmas and ny holidays. Open kitchen, dining and living makes it great space to enjoy with the family. Lovely hosts. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a base to explore the Hunter Valley wineries.
My family and I loved this property. A beautiful modernised rustic aesthetic. Huge backyard, bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Great living space for a family and fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to the Hunter Valley vineyards. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
We are impressed with the design and cleanliness of the house. Bathrooms are stylish and very clean.
We also enjoyed the entrainment provided in this house plus the cost is affordable!!!
Overall, we enjoyed staying in this house and will definitely recommend to others!!!

Perfect for two family’s with young kids
Large back yard is great for the kids to run around.
Property management was 5 star service
The property has been beautifully updated. Comfortably fitted a large family group. Location is great as only a short drive into Cessnock and Hunter Valley. Communication with owners was very easy and prompt and all requests were not a problem. The games room and fire pit are fun additions. Definitely recommend.
Lovely place to spend the weekend. Beautiful home- modern, spacious and clean. Air conditioned in living open plan area. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Four minute drive to Cessnock for coffee. 15 minute drive to wineries.

Lovely location and view. The bathrooms were lovely and clean too.The fire place hasn’t been maintained; and there wasn’t available wood to use anyway. There isn’t a spa/whirl pool/hot tub, as mentioned in the listing. But there is a bath. And there’s just so much stuff that’s broken or about to break (the ensuite bathroom screen door is an accident waiting to happen). The most annoying was the kitchen bin that’s in a drawer that you can’t open. We knew as soon as we saw the broken swing as we entered that this was probably a lovely property 2 years ago, but the photos and price do not match expectations for today.I tried messaging the owner about where I might find a light bulb for one of the bedrooms, but I never heard from them.Overall, a very average experience, but Cessnock is a friendly and lovely town.
We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect fit for what we needed, a girls weekend to celebrate an upcoming weekend. I liked that instead of wardrobes the house had simple coat hooks attached to the wall that helped to maximize the room space and gave enough hanging room for a weekend’s worth of clothes. The bathrooms were beautiful. The sofa beds were so comfortable to sleep on, and comfortable to sit on when packed away, and also easy to pack up when not needed. The hosts were happy with us hosting a dinner for 20 people, which was amazing. Our one main complaint is that drawers in the kitchen were difficult to open and close. The bin was impossible to open without first opening a cupboard next to it. The drawers are push to open, but the mechanism seems a bit faulty for some of them especially the cutlery drawer. Hopefully can be fixed easily soon. I’d also recommend bringing your own knives and cutting boards if you plan on doing much cooking. But they had a lot of other utensils which was great.
