LAZY DAYZ - LOUNGE BY THE POOL

`Lazy Dayz` is perfectly positioned on Pottsville`s premier beachside address, Elanora Ave. The spacious home is a short stroll to both the patrolled beach (during school holidays) and the breathtaking Mooball Creek.

It is also a short walk to the main shopping area for Pottsville Beach, with a broad range of excellent restaurants, cafes, groceries, together with excellent bakery, butcher, and health food shop.

The house sprawls over three levels, with the four bedrooms on the top-level capturing beach breezes and the sound of the ocean as you drift off to sleep. The main bedroom has an ensuite and
walk in robe. There are two rooms containing two single beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on the top floor.

The main level of the home contains a kitchen, a large family room, a dining room, and front and back decks. The back deck has a family size BBQ overlooking the tropical style in-ground pool. Beside
the pool is a hot and cold shower, great for rinsing off when returning from the beach.

The ground floor of the home provides an additional large living space with TV, toilet and laundry.

The property provides off street parking for 2+ cars.

Castle by the sea.

This home felt like a castle, staircase ,dungeon, and Nerf bullets and battles and grandchildren everywhere and this house handled it all and gave some more with the swimming pool just out the back door and the beautiful beach across the street. What a great place for the family with children and grandchildren. We enjoyed it thoroughly & will come back again for more grandchildren and family time, thank you for a most enjoyable home away from home, thanks Crissy & family.

LAZY DAYZ

After a 2 hour drive, the moment we entered the house my wife and I felt at rest. Drifting off to sleep with the sound of the waves, and ocean breeze coming through the windows at night. Memories of the 70's when fresh air was all we breathed, air conditioners we did not need. Brick and wood, morning light, swims in the rock pool with delight., With eyes closed lazy days and lazy nights we enjoyed within the peace and quiet.

House needs attention

Front gate difficult to open / close. Latch and bolt need to be replaced. Flyscreens at back deck need replacing. Some lights and electrical switches don't work. Bulbs missing. Torn material on large sofa needs attention. We enjoyed our stay in Pottsville. Great for a holiday.
