Sandy Village Retreat is full of character, elegance and style. Located around the corner from Sandringham Village and beach, you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants, cafes and bars a short stroll away. Sparkling bay views from the second floor and heated pool/spa. It really is such a special place. Plenty of room for the biggest of families with five bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. Two living areas, open fireplace, ducted heating, air conditioning. Wi-Fi and linen provided.
This stunning home is welcoming, elegant and stylish with sparkling bay views plus so much more!
You will never want to leave. To say this house is filled with period charm is an understatement, it really has a style all of its own. We love it and we know you will too.
As you enter the house there is a gorgeous long arched hallway. Off the hallway is three of the five bedrooms, the family bathroom and second living room with wood fireplace.
You then walk through to the open plan living, dining and elevated fully equipped stone kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows and doors fills the living space with natural light and look out over the slice of paradise back yard that is fully decked with heated swimming pool/spa. We have an outdoor dining area and plenty of privacy with high fences and mature trees.
(The pool can be heated all year round)
Upstairs to the second floor and the remaining two bedrooms. Master with a large ensuite and views of the bay.
Bedroom One: Queen bed with split system cooling and heating
Bedroom Two: Queen bed with split system cooling and heating
Bedroom Three: Single bed and desk for those that are working from home.
Bedroom Four (Upstairs) two king single beds with split system cooling and heating
Bedroom Five (Upstairs) Master with king bed, with split system cooling and heating and luxurious ensuite
Free street parking out the front and one parking permit for guests to use.
