This condo is amazing! Exactly as it looks in the pics. Excellent downtown location, in a beautiful building with a warm and friendly building staff. It definitely exceeded our expectations in every way. Jim & Chris were wonderful hosts. Communication and interaction was perfect. We really can't wait to return!

Excellent Property!

We had an incredible experience in this property. The views are amazing, and the location was perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was well cared for and very clean. It was clear the hosts take great pride in the property. Check in was very easy and the building staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent with all that the Magnificent Mile and River North have to offer. Short walk to the river and easy access to public transportation. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Just perfect!

Chris and Jim are amazing hosts. Every part of the process went smoothly. The condo was lovely with every amenity and convenience you need. The location is convenient to mag mile, two block to TJ’s and Whole Foods, and all the amazing restaurants of Mag Mile, Gold Coast, River North and Streeterville are an easy walk.

Beautiful Condo with Spectacular Views!

It was telling and true when the doorman told us, “You’re staying in the nicest condo in the building.” Very well appointed, clean and comfortable with incredible views all around. Fast elevators and nice common area with grills and fire pits. Great exercise facility too! Walk anywhere in downtown (and we did). Amazing shops, restaurants, beaches and the Riverwalk nearby. We’ve already booked next year. Very friendly and responsive owners. We highly recommend!

Perfect!

For the past three years, my husband and I have stayed in Chicago for an extended period of time (three months). This visit was, by far, our favorite location. The condo is beautiful and perfectly located in River North. Everything about it made our stay feel like home while away from our own- gorgeous views of the city, lake and river; beautifully decorated condo with anything we needed for our extended stay. It is located within walking distance of anything you might need or want to do, as well as the Red line right around the corner. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Furnishings were comfortable and felt like home. All of the guys at the door were friendly and helpful and got to know us personally throughout our stay. Chris and Jim were the best hosts. When we first checked in- which was fast and easy- they worked to ensure that anything we needed was available for our stay. They were quick and responsive whenever we had a question about the condo or the city. We have already referred Chris and Jim to our friends who will be visiting Chicago in the future. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Chris and Jim!

The Jewel of Chicago

This place is the jewel of Chicago. The unit was well-maintained, spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts, Chris & Jim are a delightful couple and couldn't be nicer to us.
