We welcome your family to our family's vacation destination. No Parties or loud nights. Quiet time is 9:30 p.m. This is a large house in a quiet neighborhood that sleeps 12 and features two master bedrooms and can easily accommodate two families. Parking is somewhat limited (4) . We want this to be your annual destination to enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer. The beaches are beautiful the restaurants are close by and awesome. The neighborhood includes tennis courts, a small playground, and community access to a fishing dock, kayak launch and swim area on Big Lagoon. Pensacola Naval Air Station (3.5 miles from the house) is the home base of The Blue Angels. They fly by daily when they are in town. If you like to fish, bring your boat. The Big Lagoon state park boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Check out Youtubers "AnglerUp with Brant" or " Perdido Blane" to see what's biting. We have three bicycles, three kayaks and fishing poles for you to enjoy. There is a lot of water to enjoy responsibly and AT YOU OWN RISK. Please be extra vigilant with small children around the pool and the lagoon. We have door alarms that you can turn on, for the doors leading to the backyard for extra safety. The Johnson's Beach National Park on Perdido Key is 4 miles away and is our favorite. You can fish and kayak right out the back yard (catch and release only) . Responsible groups, who respect the house rules and the neighbors, are welcome. Irresponsible groups who break the house rules and are a nuisance to the neighbors will be asked to leave and will forfeit the security deposit. After you book you will be contacted to submit a $500.00 security deposit to ensure compliance of the house rules and any damages. The deposit will be returned promptly after housekeeping has inspected the house. If your deposit is made with a credit card we will deduct the 3% processing fee. Zelle, Paypal and personal check checks are also acceptable.
