Cute vibey place. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, which was nice. The path to the beach is right across the street. We had a lovely time.

Lou's is right across from the beach and very quiet (being one street back from Boronia. The house is well laid out and modern with very comfortable beds etc. At the end of the day (and early in the morning) it was nice to sit on the veranda and listen to the ocean just on the other side of the dune. Very close to Sawtell main street and only a short drive to Toormina/Coffs Harbour. Would definitely stay here again.
