Located mere minutes from the stunning Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island, this property boasts a private pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The open living area features comfortable seating and a large SMART TV, while the recently updated kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, ...and a spacious dining area. A convenient laundry room with extra storage completes this ideal vacation haven.

Out the patio doors, you'll find a beautiful screened-in heated pool with plenty of room for everyone to relax, in or out of the water. A large dining table and gas grill make dining al fresco easier and more fun than eating out! String lights hang around the cage for magical evening hours enjoying the warm air and even the warm water after the sun goes down.

The patio area overlooks a charming waterway that lends to the ambiance. Although this waterway doesn't lead to open waters, it's a great spot for the kids to fish from the banks. You might also want to rent a paddle board and explore the waterway as it twists its way through the neighborhood; a shell ramp leading down to the water's edge would make it easy to launch.

Off the living area, you'll find the bedroom wing, with three bedrooms that can sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a garden tub (currently there is no shower in this bathroom, but plans are underway to add one). The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full-size mattress below. There's also a twin pull-out cushion that would make a comfortable sleeping spot for a small child. All three bedrooms have smart TVs so everyone can watch their own programs. The shared bathroom has a beautiful, tiled walk-in shower and vessel sink.

Another great feature of this vacation spot is the location. You are minutes from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island where you can just plant your toes in the sand, or you can rent a boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards, or even go for a horseback ride in the waters of Palma Sola Bay! The Island abounds with wonderful places to eat and fun shopping. You can even park your car and just catch the free Anna Maria Trolley to explore anywhere on the Island.

Closer still is Robinson Preserve, one of Manatee County's loveliest parks, with walking and bike trails, kayaking opportunities, and even an observation tower from which you can see for miles out to the Manatee River, Tampa Bay, and Anna Maria Island to the Gulf of Mexico. The DeSoto National Memorial is also close at hand, a treasure from the National Park Service that anyone who loves history and the Florida landscape should be sure to enjoy.

AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: While this is a waterfront home, the waterway is not accessible for boats, nor does it connect to open water. Casual fishing may be enjoyed from the bank.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
