The house is set just a short walk to downtown gives you the privacy you want but easy 10-15 minute walk to town for great restaurants, bars and museums. Also a short walk or bike ride to beaches and bike trails in national seashore. There is a sandwich shop/store with bike rentals at the entrance of West Vine for your convenience

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
All dishes & silverwear need to be washed and place back in cupboards. Empty all leftover food/drinks in refrigorator. Take garbage out to bins in driveway.
Please hang any wet towels. Leave sheets on bed.
Please clean outside grill if used during your stay. Cover all outside furniture and put back in orginal placing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three Rules: 1) Noise regulations that you be courteous to your neighbors and do not play music or loud conversations before 10am or past 10pm.
2) No street parking 3) No setting off Sky Lanterns
