We had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely perfect on the east end of town, a very short walk to everything. The outdoor space was lovely, and we appreciated the dual access to the back yard through both the primary bedroom and the sliding door off the dining area. The split layout of the 2 bedrooms added privacy, making it ideal for 2 couples. Will definitely look to stay here again!

The property was exactly as described. It was very spacious, clean, well-decorated, and perfectly located. Conveniently, we washed clothes mid-week in the large in-unit washer/dryer set. Noise from commercial Street is also limited since the unit is at the back of the building, which also features a large outdoor deck. We loved the newer waterfront public park right across the street for afternoon people watching. This was one of our favorite places to stay in PTown and we hope to stay again!

Another wonderful year in Ptown at this fabulous property. My partner and I spend two weeks here and it feels like home every year we come down. This year there were some light refreshes in the property which keeps it a top notch rental. Centrally located and right across from the beach you can’t go wrong. The outdoor space makes this property unique and is a welcome refuge from the hustle of commercial street. As soon as we checked in we rebooked for another year. A gem!

Wonderful Condo and Location

Fantastic Accommodations!

4 good old friends (everyone over 65) spent Women’s Week here and it was perfect. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped. It is on the East End - the perfect part of town in that it is a bit quieter but still within an easy walk of everything you want to do in P’Town. Highly recommend and we’ll stay here again and again!

Summer retreat

My partner and I took Up residence for two weeks. We found our time at home to be restful and enjoyable. The amenities and comfort level are top-notch the location, highly desirable. Truly a Joy to spend a few weeks on the beach at this beautiful property.
