Great time

It could use some newer dishes sliver ware a bigger tv in bed room and living room needs! Aland line phone very poor cell reception in room have to go out front to make calls

Great Time

Some minor things grills not working no laundry soap in dispensors 1out of 2 washers not working but if u did not need these items no big dea but should be addressed. Complex Great area great staff great maintanance great grounds great and clean .Our condo beautiful ground level could not have been any better Im with a walker and had no problem getting around. Thank you for a great stay and hope to be back.

Let me start by saying the ladies at the rental office up front and overwere so very accommodating. I gave the place a 2 star rating for multiple reasons. I was in room 113. Do not stay in that room. Try to get upstairs. View of trash cans.It was near the pool & two umbrella tables. People partying til all hours and smoking. (They did put up a no smoking sign after I complained.) It was SO loud. Also was right next to the entrance to the bldg. from the pool/beach. Very loud, w/people yelling, kids screaming! People walking by outside were always looking in the sliding glass doors. I never had any privacy. The curtains are red room darkening drapes and made it very dark in there to get any privacy. The decor is pretty basic. Various “artwork” that did’t match. Half of a sofa and 2 chairs. No beach towels, no beach chairs. Luckily there’s a toy box right outside the condo next to the trash cans with pool toys and floats people have left. No doormat to wipe feet inside. I used a towel. Kitchen had the bare minimum. No cups, no scissors, one wine glass, just a few very heavy glasses that you can’t take outside. The ladies gave me several small glasses to use. There IS a blender. The bedroom didn’t have a window, so I never knew when it was daylight. My internal clock was way off. It WAS close to the pool and beach, which made it convenient. I got in the pool once in 2 weeks because there were always so many people in there. Lots of boisterous kids. I like to relax in the pool.
