Main bathroom completely renovated with new tile/granite counters and large walk in shower. Central air conditioning/heat. Large 50 inch flat screen TV in living room. Free WiFi. Patio table, 4 chairs and loungers on patio. Heated pool. Gas grills on oceanside just steps from your patio, beach volleyball. Assigned, guaranteed parking space. Shops, dining and night life are within a short walking distance. There is a coin laundry room just down the hall from the unit.

I have been coming here since I was a child and when the opportunity became available to purchse a ground floor beachfront condo I immediately purchased and began extensive renovations to make it a beachy updated condo,

What makes this property unique

This unit is unique because it is literally like a little beach house. Situated on the ground floor right in front of the pool and 20 steps to the beach. This unit is perfect for elderly who prefer not to climb stairs or take elevators.
