Welcome to Our Vacation DREAM Home! TOTALLY REMODELED!! Newer custom Living Room furniture added.
We would like to invite you to stay at our dream home!!! Ron and I are offering 2 week minimal stays at extremely fair rental rates but do ask that you treat our home like your own assuming that you love your home. Our transformation continues and you will be pleased!!

Beautiful views can be seen from our clean and totally updated Direct Gulf Front condo that has approximately 1200 sq ft including the lanai. Our home has a true 'Gulf Front' location. A safe swimming beach is right in front of our building and is completely visible from our home. No stretching your neck or leaning over the balcony railing to see the Gulf. We are located on the ocean and NOT on the river.

Totally remodeled: Freshly painted, crown moldings/trim, stainless appliances, custom hardwood cabinetry, Quartz counter tops throughout, gorgeous tiled bathrooms, nice window treatments, award winning fireplace, 6 panel doors, high end mattresses with double sanitary protection, 3 TV’s, xfinity highest speed internet, free WiFi much more....

Our Kitchen is open concept with custom hardwood cabinetry having a white base and Key West Blue accents, Cambria Quartz counter tops (Cambria is nonporous and nonabsorbent), marbled stone backsplash, and full size stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator, crown molding tray ceiling, double sink, Moen designer faucet, new Front Load washer/dryer and dynamic RGB special lighting. We also have Wilton Armetale Serveware. The Quartz island counter extends for extra seating. Need to take care of business while cooking, no problem since there is a separate office right off the kitchen.

Our Master Bedroom is spacious and bright with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. We have Paula Deen Home Collection King Bedroom set, all high end mattresses with double protection sanitation coverings, designer bed linens, wall mounted LCD flat screen TV, ceiling fan, new high impact sliding door leading to lanai, iPod (iHome) docking station, crown molding and new highly recommended cool gel mattress topper.

Our Master Dressing area leads to 2 closets as well as the master bathroom. One closet has floor to ceiling mirrored doors while the other closet is a walk-in. The bathroom contains a combination shower/bathtub area with an oversized soaking Kohler tub, fantastic Moen ‘RAIN SHOWER’ and comfort height toilet. Bathroom counter top is quartz with Moen brushed nickel fountain faucet and plenty of extra storage.

Our guest room has new mattresses with double protection sanitation coverings, designer bed linens, LCD flat screen TV, ceiling fan, pictures and crown molding.

The guest bathroom has porcelain tile with a beautiful new walk-in shower with a Moen ‘RAIN SHOWER’. Mirror custom made to match the Quartz counter top, comfort height toilet and brushed nickel faucet/accessories.

Our unit is elevated twelve feet above the sand and feels like a traditional beach house because there is only one flight of stairs from the beach to the unit. No need to take the elevator. You can walk along seven miles of silky sand beach loaded with shells and sand dollars which are just outside the windows and lanai. Mother Nature drops off another batch of seashells each morning, and in the evening, inspiring sunsets color the sky like a modern masterpiece of art. The natural light and the sound of waves fill every corner of the unit. Yes, the sound of the surf heard in the unit will magically lull you to sleep. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the building which is graced with a large geo-thermal heated pool with waterfall, spa, clubhouse and gorgeous tropical pond.

The adjacent clubhouse offers such things as indoor seating, kitchenette and the opportunity to meet the nicest people while barbecuing dinner on the provided gas grills.

Our condo sleeps 4. Occupancy limit is 1 to 4 people. Please note: a child, any age, is counted as a person

This is a smoke / vape free condo. Pets are not allowed at this location. Maximum (4) Guests. No visitors allowed. Smoking is only allowed by the nearby pond.

Violation of any of the House Rules may result in eviction with no refund.

Our building has exterior/interior (lobby) surveillance cameras.

NOTE-For your security and ours, we have a Ring Video Doorbell for added safety and to ensure compliance with our No Pet Policy and to verify total number of guests. Any attempt to block, cover or disable the Ring doorbell may result in eviction with no refunds.

We couldn't of asked for more. The condo was absolutely beautiful inside and out. All of our needs were met. Communication with the owner was friendly and very accommodating. The view of the beach was great, the beach was great and the pool was great. Lots of nearby eating establishments. Would definitely go back for future visits.

Excellent as many items were used and the view inside and outside was gorgeous ! Every sunset even after a rain was outstanding , the room was quiet and the pool and hot tub were a nice treat! A dream condo on the south part of Fort Myers Beach

The moment you open the front door to the condo you are blown away by the beautiful view of the ocean An immaculate and updated 2 bedroom condo that boast awesome views of the water from the master bedroom and family living areas. The pool with the fun waterfall is always very clean. Very friendly and helpful residents and guests. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The owners of the condo are very responsive and kind. Stay here once and you will want to keep coming back!

2 weeks in a beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the owners had taken a lot of time to create an elegant and high quality apartment with an attention to detail. As well as everything you would expect it was very clean and extras such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach games were provided. It had an extremely good wifi at no additional cost. The only slight negative we experienced was the lack of a TV service during our stay. The owner offered to fix it through the cable supplier but we could not be in the apartment when the supplier was able to fix the problem. We don't watch much TV so it was not a problem for us. The location is great right next to a beautiful beach but easy access to the centre of Fort Meyers Beach where there are numerous restaurants. We saw dolphins from the beach which was fantastic. We would recommend this apartment.

What an amazing condo on the beach. Each morning we woke up the a beautiful view of the gulf water. The condo was exactly how the pictures looked and even better! Very clean, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom condo to everyone that wants to have a great vacation on Ft. Myers Beach.

The Perfect Florida Condo

We just love this place!

We absolutely loved staying in Linda's and Ron's condo. Clean, newly decorated bathrooms, lots of towels for indoor and outdoor use, top of the line washing machine, fridge, freezer an oven enabling a "normal life". Clean and modern, making a stay with juniors just as easy as at home. We completely fell in love with the condo last year, the location on Ft Myers Beach, the pool area, easy parking and very friendly neighbors. But first and foremost; the way we were welcomed by Linda and Ron was way beyond our expectations. Probably the best hosts I ever will experience! Now we are counting the days for our next summer in Linda and Ron's beautiful condo. In fact we made the booking for this summer pretty soon after arriving last year. Never change a winning concept!

The most comfortable & relaxing vacation ever.

I was pleasantly surpised with the condition of the condo. It was A+ clean, everything was neatly decorated and comfortable. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai was amazing. Walking along the beach looking for seashells was so relaxing. The area restaurants and attractions were great & lots of fun. If you want a comfortable & relaxing vacation I would recommend (like I did to my friends and family) to stay here!!!

Winter Get-Away

The condo was very clean and the location was very good also. The location on the south end of Ft. Myers Beach, is much more quite than the north end and the beach in front of the condo, is wonderful. The condo building is well maintained, the pool is kept at approx. 80 degrees and the grills were acceptable, although the back burners on both grills didn't work. (not a biggee) I would've liked to book this same unit next year, but wasn't given that opportunity as the owners rented the first two weeks in Feb. without giving us a chance. We were able to rent a different unit in the building for the month of Feb. next year. This unit had just been remodled and was very nice...possibly the best unit in the building. There was a good assortment of utensils, pots, pans, silverware, trash bags, etc. The beach chairs are very nice and we used them almost every day, as the weather throughout February was terrific. We enjoyed the many restaurants in the area, particularly Flippers, Coconut Jacks, Hickory Beach Grill, Fish House, Nervous Nellies, the Mucky Duck on Captiva Is. and the Casa Ybel on Sanibel. We also had several dinners where we bought fresh seafood at Sanibel Seafood and either grilled out or made it in our condo. For day trips, we went to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, the Edison/Ford winter homes in Ft. Myers, Corkscrew Sanctuary, both the Ft. Myers & Naples piers, Ft. Myers Art Fair, The Ding Darling Preserve on Sanibel (take the tram ride) and we took a ride down to the Everglades area. (take the "loop road" to see many birds & alligators). I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Florida Gulf Coast and all that it has to offer.

The perfect place for a perfect vacation

Arriving here with my family after a long flight from England I was pleased to find that we had rented such a superb condo. The condo is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are airy and clean. It was nice to find so many towels and beach towel for use. We also liked the Tommy Bahama beach chairs which came in very handy not only for our tips to the beach right outside the condo, but for Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach, both family favourites. The views from this condo are stunning, a real treat. The on site pool and hot tub are excellent. I would say that the building and grounds are kept to a very high standard. Within walking distance there are some good restaurants at Santini Plaza, or you can use the trolly tram to take you to Times Square. Would I rent this condo again? The answer is a definite yes. It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

The view and location are tremendous.

This condo was just fantastic!!!. It was modern, clean and comfortable with amenities too numerous to mention. Location was absolutely perfect. We had many of our meals on the screened lanai and watched the sunsets, waves and dolphins. The condo is high enough to see the entire beach line and low enough to watch the water from most of the condo. We especially loved lying in bed at night listening to the waves. The pool area had a hot tub/waterfall and was a great place to relax or meet other people. The condo was right on the Gulf/Beach and we spent time swimming, walking the beach looking for shells, or just laying in the sun. Thanks for providing the great sand chairs. We golfed directly across the street and took a trolley downtown. It was so convenient having entertainment and restaurants about a block away. We found new restaurants (some recommended by the owners) and we had a terrific time. I loved this place and would definitely come back to this condo next year.

Sunsets are terrific - Condo was a real treasure

This place was wonderful and the furnishings are great. It is nicely decorated with ceiling fans throughout, including the balcony. The property is clean and well kept. We all felt right at home staying here.It had everything that we needed and was very well maintained. It's a great value in a great area and it's right on the beach close to stores and other attractions. It is cozy and convenient to every thing we wanted for our stay in Ft Myers. The pool area has a waterfall and it is terrific. This place is absolutely perfect for a laid back, relaxing vacation or getaway. The sunsets are terrific, the view is awesome, the owners are easy to deal with and it is a great value. I highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to return.

Fantastic Condo – Beautiful Pristine Beach

The condo was wonderful, large, fully equipped and had a fantastic view.  I truly felt at home the moment I first walked into the unit.  I’m especially impressed with the new owners stating that they have a checklist to routinely have all furniture and mattresses cleaned and sanitized.  I really do appreciate that.   Also, the washer and dryer right in the unit was a lifesaver. The location was perfect since we did come to Ft Myers Beach to have fun and also relax.  The quite pristine beach directly in front of the condo was perfect for relaxing yet a short walk away is a major hotel that provided alternative entertainment. Everything was perfect, even the weather.  We are looking forward to another stay in this unit next year.

We were looking for a well built condo with building amenities consistently updated, majority of units occupied by owners, great ocean front view, miles of white sand beach to stroll, friendly tenants, pool, hot tub, and the luxury of not needing to rent a car while on the island. A rental car is always a plus though!

Our building has a security door leading into a lobby. No sightseers roaming the halls and lingering outside your door. Our location is a DIRECT BEACHFRONT property with a safe swimming beach right in front of our building. Shopping, golfing, restaurants, bars and boat tours are all within walking distance.
