The best VRBO owner hospitality

We have over a dozens of stays across the country and no one is near as thorough in accommodations, supplies, guidance, concern for situations and overall good nature. FMB is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but the unit is was all set. To stay in the area right now means being patient and sympathetic towards the wiped out stores and home and therefore construction and busy business that have reopened. But the beach is the paradise and the come back. Supper the area and have a mellow time here.

Outstanding condo

This condo surpassed our expectations. It was meticulously clean with a fully equipped and updated kitchen. Our 4 week stay included a mix of vacation and remote working. The office setup was a great addition. Linens seemed brand new and plush. Beautifully decorated. Walk-in master bath shower was great after a day at the beach. There was plenty of space for additional family during our stay. Bo and Harriett even provided great day trip suggestions for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular sunsets

Harriett and Bo's vacation home is ahhhhhmazing! We felt so comfortable and at home. You made my birthday very special with the card, balloons, flowers from your own garden, bottle of cabernet sauvignon (how did you know we love Cab?!) and the delicious Key lime pie! Appreciate your kindness and hospitality greatly. Relaxation was our No. 1 goal and we achieved that during our two-week stay. The sunsets were so special. The Riviera Club complex is very well maintained and more quiet than other parts of FMB. A lot of the time we were the only people on the beach or in the swimming pool. Great communication from the hosts and any little minor "hiccups" were dealt with immediately. Would love to return one day.

Christmas Getaway

Our stay at the Bohanan Beach Haven was spectacular. The space itself was inviting and cozy with unbeatable views. The description starts with “if you want it, we probably have it” and it was very accurate. Each day we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the screened in porch overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed sitting and playing on the beach with the chairs, towels, and toys provided. Each afternoon our son had a blast diving for toys in the heated pool and we all soaked in the warmth of the hot tub. During my morning walks I enjoyed hunting the beautiful shells scattered on the beach. We were able to entertain our family for Christmas Eve dinner with the grills on property and all we needed to cook and serve was provided in the house. We all enjoyed good nights of sleep on the comfortable beds and the sounds of the waves. Being close to the plaza provided us plenty of options for dinner and the farmers market was fun to explore and get a few treats! The owners were so easy to communicate with and we’re so kind and helpful. Everything our little family wanted and needed was more than provided for within this property. This vacation was a dream come true and anyone lucky enough to stay here will not be disappointed.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Firstly, I have rented/vacationed extensively in USA and Europe. This property was my absolute favorite of all time. The photos provided on the listing were absolutely on point…the location was expected as I had vacationed in the area before. Ease of communication with owner and entire process was so very easy. I did have questions both before and during my stay and they were promptly addressed and so helpful. I love to cook…and I did cook most meals in this very well appointed kitchen. It had the very best array of kitchen appliances and utensils I have ever seen in a rental. Same with household supplies, linens, towels and beach gear. You could NOT possibly ask for more. The owners have thought of everything! I must add that the bed in the MBR was also so, so comfortable! I took down the name and brand so I could replace mine at home with the same one. Also, must complement the beautiful decor…I know this is a personal taste but it very much exceeded my expectations. Needless to say, we hope to be back again very, very soon. You just can’t do better than this great property and lovely, accommodating hosts!!

Incredible!!!

My family enjoyed 2 weeks here and it was literally THE BEST vacation ever. Harriett was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect, and it WAS! The space was incredibly clean and beautiful and had everything we could possibly need + more! Great supply of beach stuff, kitchen supplies, linens, etc. Dining on the lanai and dolphin / pelican watching was a dream! The beach and pool are impeccable. We cannot wait to be back!!!!

We are retired educators who have enjoyed the beaches along the Southwest Coast of Florida for decades and are fortunate to have family members who also live in the area. The condo has two purposes, to provide our family with a beach destination and to share the joy with others who are looking for the best vacation accommodations.

Why they chose this property

The Riviera Club is a high rise condominium with direct beach access. Every apartment faces the shoreline with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located at the "quiet end" of Estero Island that is a destination for travelers from around the world. All the amenities we wanted for our family are available to those who choose to rent.

What makes this property unique

When you arrive at the property you will notice how well the building and grounds are maintained. You will value the security provided by the code-accessed lobby where the elevators are located. After parking your car and noticing that there is ample free parking, you can access every amenity without having to climb a single stair - the beach, pool, spa, grills, shuffleboard courts, and your apartment.

Our apartment is also outfitted with an office nook that provides a dedicated space to those travelers who need conduct business while vacationing. Even when you are working, you have a delightful view of Estero Bay to distract you.
