Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed for guests. The unit has a kitchen stocked full of the essentials and a dishwasher. Unit comes equipped with Broadband Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The condo is a corner unit with great views of the entire Gulf from Sanibel to Naples. Our family has owned this unit since 1997 and have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for the last 40 years. We are all from the Buffalo, NY area, so time down here in the sun is relished. However, we are not in a position to enjoy this condo unit year round, so we are sharing this property with our guests to take in all the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The Riviera Club has a nice pool, spa, and grounds. Direct beach access is right out the back door. The unit has a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico from Sanibel Island down to Naples, FL. Inland convenience stores are steps away for anything you may need for your stay.
