About this property

Come enjoy this large four bedroom and four and a half bathroom home!

Upon entering you're greeted by the large living room area with vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall windows and French doors leading to your private backyard patio. The living room has plenty of comfortable furniture, making it easy to enjoy the new wall-mounted 75" 4k Smart TV.

The kitchen is expansive with a large amount of storage, pots and pans and all other accoutrement you would expect of your own home.
A new GE Cafe refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and convection microwave were recently added! Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which comfortably seats eight guests. Just outside the kitchen is the half bath.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, views of the private backyard, and a 4k Smart TV along with an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is large and contains a two-sink vanity, large sunken tub and separate walk-in shower.

Adjacent to the primary bedroom are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own en-suite guest bathroom.

The second guest bedroom has one queen bed and an en-suite guest bathroom as well.

The third guest bedroom also boasts one queen bed and an en-suite guest bathroom.

There is an additional room which is quite large that sits above the garage. This room will be utilized as a second living space and gaming area. There will be a gaming table along with couch and love seat surrounding yet another 4k Smart TV.

A stunning new 15’x40’ Saltwater Pool and Spa is complete!! This pool is large and was very well designed. No expense was spared in the construction of this resort-quality pool and spa. Several chaise lounge chairs as well as a family seating area all adorn this lovely area.
The beach can be accessed by a short bike ride, short drive for parking at the Dunes House Beach Bar and Grill or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal, free and on-call beach shuttle service provided for Palmetto Dunes Guests only.

The spa and pool can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

Perfect at palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect - the home was clean and comfortable. The tennis staff was very accomodating. The added touch of having beach bikes available to us at check was terrific. My suggestion - if you are coming to play pickleball - make your reservations before you come!!
