Great family getaway with a beautiful view and it was upgraded nicely. The kitchen was stocked with great appliances and pots and pans. Definitely will stay again!

The condo was awesome. It was updated and had everything we needed. It even came with beach equipment, games, and books. Everything you need for a beach vacation. The toilet was not working properly upon arrival. As soon as I reported it, a plumber was sent out immediately. The property was nice and in a very good location. I would most definitely stay here again.

Indian Shores

Very nice condo and location. Condo is very clean and the beach is beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this is the perfect place. You can rent the chairs on the beach which we used and loved having the option to do so.

Great vacation spot

Great location with restaurant options you can walk to. Very nice accommodations. Only complaint is it would have been nice to know in advance that painters would be sandblasting the adjacent stairwell during our stay. Very noisy from 8:00 - 4:00.

The location was the best part of this rental. Itโ€™s in a convenient area and close to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The building itself is quite old, and security appears to be lacking. The front entrance doors were left open, and the gate to the pool area did not require a code because it barely latched. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. We paid a 250 cleaning fee, but the unit had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Both bathrooms had hair and shaving residue left behind. We found coffee mugs in the cabinet with dried coffee still in the bottom, suggesting dirty dishes had simply been put away rather than washed. The master bed sheets also had someone elseโ€™s white, curly hair on them.Itโ€™s possible the owners are unaware that their cleaning service is not doing the job, but charging a substantial cleaning fee while providing a unit that was clearly not cleaned is unacceptable. The location is excellent, but there are plenty of other nearby rentals that are likely to provide a much cleaner, safer and more comfortable stay.

Sorry you didnt enjoy the stay. We have no control over the lobby doors left open. There has never been any kind of securiy issue as this is a very nice safe area. Sorry the cleanliness wasnt good enough for you, very rarely do we get cleaning complaints. We gladly would have addressed them had you let us know. The condo was not left very clean from your party, either. For a such a short stay, the condo was left extremely messy. Wouldnt host this guest again and would not recommend to other hosts.

A slice of heaven

We could not have been happier with our stay! The furnishings are exquisite, upscale, and so comfortable. We were blessed with amazing sunsets, and this morning, the full moon set over the ocean off the balcony. What a gift every moment has been to us.
