Killington Condo on Access Road Nicely Renovated Sleeps 6 Very Clean and Chic.
Our condo is located on the Killington Access road and is a few minutes away from the Killington Mountain Base lodge and chairlifts and various parking lots. The Killington Bus Shuttle stops off at our complex every hour and takes those without a car or those looking to start early to the mountain. Our condo is a 3 room suite with 2 full baths, 1 half bath close to 1400 square feet. We are within a 2 minute drive to some of the best restaurants (The Foundry Restaurant and North Star Lounge is within walking distance) and ski shops that Killington has to offer. In fact, surefoot ski boot store and the backcountry breakfast and lunch cafe are located on our property. If you don't feel like driving, there are 6 restaurants and bars ranging from 2 minutest to 20 minutes walking distance on the cleared access road walk way. Take your pick of The backcountry Cafe, The Foundry, Ipie Pizzeria, Jax Food & Games, The Garlic and the world famous Pickle Barrel Nightclub. Our condo is newly renovated and includes the following: Master Bedroom has en suite bathroom, new Smart Samsung TV, Wi-Fi and a new washer & dryer. Master Bedroom also has a large closet as well as a separate entrance and ski racks. The middle unit has its own entrance, the master bathroom, a connecting door to access the master bedroom, a new 50” 4K smart SamsungTV, Wifi, art work, dining area with a dining table comfy seating for 6 and island bar seating for 3 which makes a great entertaining area. The living room has a brand new as of April 2025 England brand love seat and full couch that is also a sleeper pull out. The sliding glass door opens to an outside deck that has Adirondack furniture and a small table and benches . A chic modern kitchen and stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster and dishwasher. The second bedroom has its own bathroom, 50” smart TV, coffee maker, two full-size beds and its own separate entrance. We have Resort Lock brand brushed nickel keyless entry locks for all three unit doors. Two dumpsters are located a one minute walk from the outside of the condo and in the parking lot for guests to throw out garbage bags. The parking lot is always plowed and shoveled nice for easy in and easy out from the parking lot. This condo is an upstairs unit which makes it nice and quiet. All mattresses are brand new pillowtop therapedic mattresses as of April 2025 from the Vermont Bedroom Company.

Michael was a great host and extremely accommodating! There is no lack of supplies in this house from extra blankets/bedding to all kitchen items. Location was awesome and very convenient to go to slopes along with bars/restaurants. Very appreciative of Michael’s hospitality!

We loved this condo. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and responded to texts promptly on any questions. I have nothing but good things to say. The condo was spacious and was updated throughout, furniture, kitchen well equipped etc... The bathrooms were nice particularly the one off the living room with a very nice glass enclosed shower. Everyone in our group commented regarding how comfortable the mattresses were. I would highly recommend this condo and it was one of the nicer ones I've visited on VRBO

Thank you Michael for a wonderful stay! Michael was very quick to answer any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Our two college boys enjoyed having their own separate entrance, bathroom and space to hang out in. It was so close to everything, but yet tucked away from the main road. The back entrance into the condo complex was very convenient. We ate dinner at the Wobbly Barn-highly recommend, but make sure you have reservations. Killington is a fun town with lots of nightlife.
Great place right between Killington and Pico--we skied both and had a great time!

We have been coming to Killington for 20 years and rented a home for 8 years. We are avid skiers / snowboarders and have traveled the world doing both but call Killington our homebase and love it as much now as we did 20 years ago. When we found this condo, we knew it was the right one as the developer told us it was his favorite and nicest condo out of those he newly renovated. Parking is unlimited and its set back in its own quiet area near the Westhill Road entrance to Killington. The front entrance to the condo center is on the Killington Access Road. The decor is perfect, clean and chic and modernly designed. Lots of sunlight, new amenities, etc. So, because of all this, we purchased the condo without hesitation and love sharing it with others looking for an amazing place to stay.
Why they chose this property
Parking is spacious and the driveway is always paved. Lots of sunlight. Very close to the parking lots to the Killington Chairlifts. Breakfast and lunch cafe 30 seconds away in the front of our complex and the Star Lounge Bar is 1 minute away and the Foundry Bar and Grill is 2 minutes up the road. Once you leave our parking lot and the right is another nice restaurant called Rivershed which is also in walking distance. They have the best BBQ and also mac and cheese dishes people rave about. Bus service to the mountain every hour which picks up and drops off just in the front of our parking lot.
What makes this property unique
Quiet, Clean and Very Convenient. Bus Pick up and drop off to the ski lifts. Breakfast and lunch Cafe at the BackCountry Cafe. Ski shops in our parking lot and walking distance to the Foundry Grill, North Star Lounge and Rivershed BBQ. Our kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pots, pans, utensils and spices needed for cooking the perfect stay at home meals and the rest of the condo is stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels and sheets to make for that perfect stay. We have a sliding glass door in the living room with access to the back deck for outside views and fresh air. While we are in building 6, just across from building 5 is an easy access dumpster for removal of trash to help keep the unit always nice.
