Every bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom and a private porch door—so your group can spread out, then come together in two living rooms, big dining spaces, and an outdoor setup that keeps everyone outside.

📍 LOCATION VIBE
• North Myrtle Beach is typically more relaxed and less congested than central Myrtle Beach.
• We manage homes for owners and follow local city ordinances designed to keep the area great for guests and neighbors.

🔑 KEY PICKUP / OFFICE CHECK-IN (REQUIRED)
• All guests check in and pick up keys at our office in Cherry Grove (NMB):

🕓 CHECK-IN
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and runs until office closing (hours may fluctuate by season).
• After-hours check-in is available with advance notice.
• Requirements for after-hours:
-Balance paid in full
-Rental agreement signed & returned in advance
Instructions sent once completed

🧺 LINENS
• Sheets + towels are NOT included in the listed price.
• Bring your own, or rent a linen package from us (request via messages).
• If renting, linens are picked up at the office (same place as key pickup) unless you add delivery or beds made on arrival (additional fee).

⏱ EARLY ARRIVAL OPTIONS (NOT GUARANTEED)
• We do not guarantee access before 4:00 PM unless pre-arranged.
• You’re welcome to stop by the office early to complete preliminary paperwork—we’ll call you when the key is ready to be released.
• Limited 1:00 PM early check-in may be available for special needs (first-come, must be arranged + paid in advance).

Early check-in fee: $125 (housekeeping + admin)

🪪 REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum age to book: 25 (primary renter).
• At check-in you’ll need: valid driver’s license + current credit card + cell phone number.

• Please keep noise respectful—no parties, no events, and no excessive noise.
• Serious violations may result in eviction without refund.

💰 PRICING
• All mandatory fees are shown upfront in your booking total.
• Optional add-ons (linens / early check-in / delivery / beds made) are additional.
