We are located just 10 minutes west of Utah Valley University (UVU), Brigham Young University (BYU), an the Missionary Training Center (MTC). The grand mountains trails, sites, and hiking are just minutes away to the east. Salt Lake City is a 35 minute ride and the Frontrunner train will get you there with no traffic. There is shopping and dining along University avenue, which includes the University Mall. Utah lake is 5 minutes to the West and the IMAX theatre is close by for entertainment.
You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a large home basement apartment which boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The place is completely furnished with two Queen size beds, sofa and love seat, computer desk, a 65 inch UHD TV, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and eating untesils and plates. There is free WIFI, and cable. You will enjoy your arrival by using the keyless electronic private entry door. This place comfortably accommodates four guests and extra beds are available for more guests.
