Summary:
This lovely home offers the best of all that Goolwa has to offer, across from the river for your skiing and water sport activities, close to Goolwa Beach for your surfing and fishing adventures but also a very short stroll to the main street precinct for your coffee and food dates.
The Space:
Upstairs layout:
The main living area is delightful - Large open plan living area upstairs with sliding doors which open out onto the decked balcony area, taking full advantage of those fabulous views of the river and Goolwa Yacht Club and enjoy the outdoor alfresco area seating and table for your meals.
Beautiful large kitchen, electric cooking, dishwasher, Pod coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar with three stools and plenty of cupboard space.
Large 10-seater dining table to entertain for the family feast nights, a 3 seater and 2 seater couch in the lounge area.
Bathroom with a large shower and vanity, separate toilet and also a doorway heading to another deck on the back of the house.
Bedroom 1 with queen bed and sliding door to the rear balcony.
Downstairs Layout:
Large second living area with a split system and more seating area with the large couch. Very large TV and pool table for the perfect space for the children to relax and play.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed
Bedroom 3 with a bunk bed and separate single
Bedroom 4 with a queen bed with built in robes
Laundry and washer and dryer, also entry to the backyard
Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
