Luxury home in great location at bargain price

The apartment is nicely furnished; well-stocked new linens and kitchenware; new highend finishes, and a location you can’t beat if you want to go to beaver creek, vail, or into the town of Avon, and don’t want to drive. Evolve was very easy to deal with - each time I called to inquire about extending the dates of our stay the entire call took less than 90 seconds!

Great location & easy stay

Great condo! Not a huge place, but good for 5 people to stay comfortably. Easy walk to the shuttle to be skiing Beaver Creek quickly!

The property was very conveniently located near a shuttle to take you to the mountain. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property for the convenience and comfort.

This was convenient to get to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Certainly appreciate having the amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as some seasonings and oil for cooking.

Like that it was close to the shuttle and communication PMI group was responsive, Didn't like: - Shower in the master bedroom, too small, shower hit the wall and could not adjust the shower head. -Lacking standard kitchen appliances and utensils -Lack of drawer space in the master bedroom

Great time in Beaver Creek!

Great location. Right across the street from a bus station to the mountain. Clean property; however, lacked basic needs for kitchen, including silverware and a spatula. We ended up buying a spatula and leaving it there for future use. Never received the code to the door. Called the property manager to get the code and instructions on how to use the keypad. She audibly gave us the code but never sent the promised written code and directions. Door keypad was very challenging to use. Got locked out and called the property manager multiple times to no answer at all. Luckily the lock box next to the keypad had the same code so we were able to enter the property with a physical key that we found. Fireplace didn't work.

Mike, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - Thank you for mentioning that we are at a great location and a clean property - We do have silverware, unfortunately, the drawer is a bit hard to find as it's a pull-out drawer within a cabinet. We will add a sign so that it can be found easier, thank you for the spatula - The fireplace has been fixed and is working now, it does go out from time to time We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star reviews we know we can.
