Great Deal in a Great Neighborhood

Had to make a quick visit to Paris on a budget and wanted to stay in this neighborhood. This was it and was perfect for me! Simple and all I needed. Small kitchen with washer and reliable internet. Plenty of hot (be careful) water and a lot of water pressure. Mostly quiet and the real bonus was the neighborhood. Really fun with a lot of activity. The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. Met me on time for my arrival to the minute. Only comment is there are a few flights of stairs to get to the unit so if you have a bad knee etc might not be the best choice.

First time I have not been pleased at all with VRBO property

The site was not as advertised. We asked for one bedroom, kitchen and living space. We got one small room (no bedroom) with pull out couch that took up most of the space and very little other furniture. Tiny kitchen at one end.. We complained to VRBO the day we arrived and they agreed the description was not accurate. The unit was not well cleaned, heavy dust on TV shelving surface, and it was in disrepair e.g. Kitchen counter supported by wooden block, very small eating counter not securely attached (screws loose, wobbly), the only lamp in the room was missing light bulbs and shade falling off, stains on towels. The check in was very short... host partner met us, helped us up the flights of stairs and handed us the keys. We had to ask for WIFI and for any information about the area. After he left we were sent WIFI password but after many attempts host had to come to do what was needed in the system to connect us. We mentioned at the time our serious concerns about the unit. She indicated she could do nothing and referred us to VRBO. We asked her to consider a partial refund (we would stay one night instead of 3), VRBO also asked on our behalf, the host refused. Difficult to comment on location as we arrived late afternoon, spent the night on the phone with VRBO and left early the next morning. The host changed the site description after VRBO talked to them that evening, acknowledging discrepancy and yet would not provide us with reimbursement.

Les photos sont fidèles à l’appartement , sauf qu’effectivement sur la photo, le lit, est en canapé et non en canapé-lit Je suis désolé que vous n’ayez pas bien compris l’annonce en ce qui concerne la propreté de l’appartement. Femme De Menage passe régulièrement pour faire le ménage sur cela. Vous faites preuve de mauvaise fois Je suis vraiment désolé que votre séjour dans une des places meilleurs de Paris, ne vous est pas convenu
