Lovely stay in perfect spot, close to everything. We walked everywhere! We had three adult friends and felt we had just enough space. The apartment is cozy and light, with everything we needed. Thank you for helping make our Paris trip perfect!
Great place in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris
Lovely apartment on the ground floor located at the heat of Paris. Plenty of places to go in the walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive too. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Paris!
We had a wonderful time in Paris (pre-Olympics = calm before the storm), and having a decent apartment in a very convenient and fantastic location (little more than a block from Seine, 5 minute walk to Musee d'Orsay, 9 minute walk to the Louvre) really made the trip a total pleasure. The apartment is relatively small but nice, and while on the first floor on a pretty hopping street and neighborhood, it is quiet and cool and the windows only face a small courtyard type space. We also were able to drop off our luggage and freshen up early pre-check-in which was much appreciated and convenient.

Paris vacation
The picture did not accurately reflect the unit. We were left with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and told to go by our own as the owner was not coming to Paris to deliver. We did not expect to have to find a grocery store our first night. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. Being ARBNB owners this is unacceptable.

Ok, with some issues
Great location. Easy access. Heat difficult to operate. TV also. Needed instructions for heating system, TV. No shower soap. 2 towels for 1 week
We requested wash cloths but never got them. Toilette seems to smell from sewer gas. Also darker curtains for the couch bed. Apt looks out on a common area and only had sheer curtains for that room.
Very hard to operate front door key, wifi coverage is sketchy for phone and laptop. No phone ment I could not connect with manager and he didn’t message me back with concerns I had.
A stingy apartment. A stingy, uncaring owner. A stingy, uncaring manager. We have rented dozens of apartments in Paris. This apartment is far and away the worst. What's worse: With few exceptions, the problems require little money and care: One of the reasons we like to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel is that it makes it easy to invite friends and relatives in Paris over for drinks. This apartment comes with precisely one wine glass.
There were no filters for the coffee maker. No paper towels. No salt. How much time, money would it cost to have at least starter supplies of things like that? For years, we have owned two short-term rental properties. There are always at least "starter" supplies of such necessities.
In the living/dining room there is a dining table with three chairs. Two of the three chairs are badly broken. And they are not chairs for eating. I am 175 cm tall (5'9"). When I sat on any of those chairs, the table was at the same height as the tops of my shoulders.
The bathroom, like almost all Parisian bathrooms, is small -- not the problem. The problem is that there is no horizontal space. There's less than 4 cm (1.5") of shelf space around the sink -- not nearly enough space for toothbrushes, hair brushes, meds, etc. There's plenty of wall space where it would be easy and cheap to install shelving to provide such space.
The bed is bad. It has two skinny and lumpy little mattresses -- maybe the most expensive upgrade, but it's really necessary. Leaving the bedroom, there's a tiny step (7 cm or 3") at the door. At night, that tiny step is a killer. What makes it more dangerous is that both levels of that step are dull, black. It's almost impossible to see.
The main bedroom light is broken, held together by wire. It slants 30 degrees from vertical. One of the two reading lights is broken. The switch is held together by red plastic tape. The other glows slightly. The only frying pan was dead. Some pots were filthy. The fold-down drain for drying dishes is falling down. There is no full-length mirror.
The owner and manager are selfish with service. The owner stopped responding to questions as soon as he had the money. The manager did not respond to many questions, and responded to others slowly, and incompletely. He confirmed receipt of one message without even reading it. There is no written information at all -- about the induction cooktop, buying supplies, etc.
You can do a whale of a lot better.

Stayed here for 5 nights with 2 friends and it was a perfect homebase for our Paris adventures. It's a super close walk to museums and gardens which is lovely. The C train stop is close and there are a few metro stations within a 10ish min walk. The daybed in the living room makes a great second bed for one person and the one bedroom is very spacious. It's on the ground floor so no view but it was nice to not have to walk up stairs following a long day of walking.

Great Location
Overall we enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, bright and had what we needed in the kitchen. Although small, the bathroom was newly remodeled and very functional. And the location was great. However during our stay there was a good deal of construction noise - from whatever was going on with the scaffolding at the front door, construction noise in the courtyard, replacement of sewer pipes in the basement, and upstairs neighbors remodeling their apartment until midnight. And sadly, the apartment was located on the ground floor looking out over the inner courtyard and the trash bins. I like looking out at the sky in the mornings to see what the day will be like. This was not possible.
