This single level, ground floor of a duplex is set in a prime location, only 100m to access the Hilltop golf course and 200m to the golden sands of Mollymook Beach. Within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants, this is the perfect destination for your well deserved holiday to relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle.
If you need extra accommodation, the top floor apartment may also be available for your stay - ideal for 2 families looking to holiday together. Concrete floors right thru property, very private from each other. Search 'Mollymook Delight' 1/64 Clyde.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
The duplex is very comfortable and comes with everything you need so you can relax on your holiday, including the all-important WiFi. Fully renovated in Oct 22. The open plan lounge, dining and living space includes lounge seating, a large screen Smart TV with Netflix, a ceiling fan, 4-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a stylish outdoor, undercover entertainment area with BBQ. Enjoy the convenience of having a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave at hand, plus all the general kitchen necessities such as a toaster, kettle and crockery.
Outside, this duplex has full use of the privately fenced backyard, undercover entertaining area, with BBQ, large lawn and leafy garden beds.
Located on the ground floor, your furry friend will have plenty of space to frolic.
