This was a truly great place to stay. The space was quiet, breezy, and very relaxing, exactly what we needed. The staff was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the whole time. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of. Great job!
This stay was one of my best stays, I would recommend putting a TV in each of the rooms, spacious, location and cleanliness was a plus… I would recommend and stay again. Thanks HvaGreatOne
The furniture was definitely lacking on this property for 3 bedrooms can use another couch other than 1. The dining room chairs were horrible my friend sat down and it broke and they charged us for the chair..if we were doing anything other than sitting I can understand. There is no coffee pot and there is a gap in fencing for your dogs to get out, so be careful letting them out. Yard was mowed with something heavy so it was all muddy. The only thing good was shower and bed. Good only if you’re not expecting to cook and eat there. We wont be staying again. Plus all the appliances were out of date and slow.

bare minimum
The pictures were quite deceiving when we arrived. It felt more institutional than cozy... not much decoration or color
Pros: great AC and comfy bed
cons: minimal seating both inside and outside. It felt like they did the bare minimum to get the place set up to be a rental.
We didn't have clean towels when we arrived, toilet paper or paper towels. There was also a broken sink knob, which was fixed at 9pm....
overall not a place we would stay again.
The air conditioner would not bring temperature below 80, I did call the host to let them know at that time waited 2 hours to get some one to look at at the point the guy said unit was over 20 years old and that I could not have the temperature at 75 which would have fine with

The worst ever? No. Would I recommend? Also no.
While there is nothing particularly wrong with the house, we did have lots of issues. The internet was terrible like many others have said. Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. Other issues included an unpleasant smell that greeted you when you entered the house, overly loud heating and air, and an unstable primary bed. Overall, it feels like the owners made little attempt to make the home comfortable for guests.

Hi Morgan, we're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We apologize for the internet issues. We tried to send the technicians over the same day, but since you were not home, they were not able to repair it and had to reschedule several times. Rest assured, the internet has since been fixed.- Any unpleasant smells have already been addressed, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused you.- We appreciate your feedback regarding the beds, and we'll ensure that they are thoroughly inspected and any necessary repairs are made promptly. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more pleasant stay in the future.
Two weeks before we arrived I emailed the host asking if we could check in two hours early, but never got a response. I emailed again a week before, but never got a response. The night before check in I called and left a message, but never got a response. The day of check in I got a text saying we had to wait an hour late to check in. When we arrived the house was not clean and there was no internet access. I called the host who told me the internet would be up the next day, which was Thanksgiving. I figured it would not be working then, but had no choice but to stay. Around 11:45 p.m. a noise woke me up. I knew it was an animal in the attic. I called Vrbo and asked for a refund because we were leaving. Vrbo told me I had to call the management company, Evolve. I reminded Vrbo that I booked through them, not Evolve. It took two weeks of fighting with Evolve to get a refund. Vrbo refunded the service fee after that.
The only good thing I can say about this is that I finally got all of my money back, but it took a fight to get it. Do not rent this property.

Owner's response: "Gary, It is our mission to provide a 5-star experience for all our guests. - We ensure that all of our guests walk into a home that is 100% clean and sanitized. We had just paid for a full deep clean and everything was guest-ready. - We have not had any issues with critters in the attic, it is super cold upstairs and nothing is going to want to stay in that cold. During the day it's super hot, we are 100% sure there is nothing in the attic. - The internet going out was not something we had any control over it was merely an accident. The internet was up and running the next day and everything was perfect. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
I rented the house for Fri and Sat night. It started off poorly with the alarm going off when I entered the home - only a few minutes after I talked to the owner (so he knew I was there). The back door was unlocked upon entering. The owner asked if the internet company could come (his maintenance men too) Friday evening between 5 and 7 because the internet was out. I agreed, as we'd be out to dinner. When we returned from dinner, the back door was again left unlocked. Saturday, the maintenance men and internet guy came in and out of the house several times, stopping to talk in the middle of the living room, leaving us NO privacy. When we left for the afternoon, I told the maintenance man I would put the key in the lock box and he said "no, I'll lock up and leave the key." He did NEITHER. The front door was unlocked and there was no key in the lock box. If we had WANTED to go somewhere, we would not have been able to secure the house. When he arrived Sunday morning as I was leaving, I told him he took the key and left it open and he just said "I'm sorry." Along with that, there was a huge wasp nest by the front door that wasn't removed until Saturday evening. There was wet laundry left in the washer. Laundry left in the dryer. No hand soap in the bathroom. Ants on the bedside table and trash left in the bathroom. I've never had such a poor experience and I have used VRBO about 20 times. I really want a refund - it was THAT BAD.

Pros and Cons
Overall, the house was OK. It was (mostly) as pictured online.
Pros: The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The TV and internet worked well, and the washer and dryer were very nice. The refrigerator was great and it was so nice having an ice maker! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the dishes and cookware needed. There was a dishwasher, but we never used it. There were lights on for us when we arrived which was welcome. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and extra toilet paper. The AC kept the house nice and cool and there were ceiling fans in every room. It was easily accessible and fairly close to everything we wanted to see/do.
Cons: There were only two bath towels (found in the dryer) in the entire house, even though we indicated in our reservation that there would be four of us staying there. We were surprised that there was no coffeepot or coffee mugs (which, to be fair, were not included in the online listing). We had to make a WalMart trip shortly after check-in to buy a couple more towels, a coffeepot, and mugs. The futon/couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable and there definitely wasn't room for four people to gather and relax to watch TV or visit in the evening (and the pillows and blanket pictured were not there). The house was clean-ish until you looked closer...then you would find trash in the bathroom cupboards and under the beds. The cold water faucet handle in one bathroom was broken. The lawn was overgrown so we were unable to spend any time outside in the back yard (in fact, a man looking for work with a lawnmower in his truck came up to the house as we were leaving and asked if he could mow it for us).
A few little details would have made it feel more welcoming - towels hung in the bathroom, rugs on the stone/tile floor to help reduce the echo, maybe some magazines or travel brochures of area attractions, a cozy place to sit and visit in the living room, etc.
Regardless, the house served its purpose and we had a very nice time visiting Little Rock!
