This is really a wonderful property. The home so comfortable and very spacious. The decor is just right, and it was very clean and accommodating. We loved the few days we spent here. Very close to so many things and a unique cottage neighborhood full of lovely homes.

Second visit was as good as the first!

This place perfectly met our needs for 3 adults and a dog! We liked it the first time we stayed 3 years ago and it was just as nice this time around. We especially liked the fire! Will come again.

Short stay

We needed a place for 7 people and this little cottage was perfect. Everything was great. The Breakfast was delicious and the house was clean. We even had nice bath-robes to use and a beautiful spot to sit and relax in the backyard. This place was great! I would definately stay again.

Stacie was great at welcoming us during our stay. Arriving after daylight hours, the lights were on and sure helped us find our way throughout. The place is beautiful! It's chock-full of vintage furniture and modern conveniences. I think it's possibly the BEST stay we have had. Amazing concert with Maroon 5, great Little Rock restaurants, and Great proximity! Thanks again! Hope we can return again for a longer stay next time!

Born and raised in Texas, my husband and I brought up our own family in Austin, the fastest growing city in America. Vacations, however, were spent in Arkansas enjoying everything The Natural State had to offer. When two of our boys decided to attend college in Fayetteville, my husband and I decided to make the move to our second home, Little Rock. We bought the Rosemont Cottages on South Arch St and began our new life as Arkansans! After 25 years as teachers caring for children and families, it was an easy transition to hospitality. Creating beautiful, inviting spaces for guests is one of the most satisfying parts of my new career. Maintaining 4 separate homes makes this pursuit a challenging, full-time job. I love it!
