This renovated, cozy cottage, named “Dark Chocolate”, has been designed by Sunlit Brook Co and is aiming to please.

Dark Chocolate can host up to 6 guests with it’s open living/dining combo, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. With the inviting front porch and backyard living, Dark Chocolate is ready to host your weekend, week or month!

No parties or events that have not been approved prior to booking.

This is a no smoking or vaping home.

Also, no animals unless have been approved at booking confirmation.

Sadly, if there are signs of a furry friend (or smoking) and/or is seen on door cameras, we will have to apply an extra charge.

There is a long single driveway large enough for two cars. Additional parking on the street.

There has been a lot of love put into the details of the home. We kindly ask that you treat everything with care, as if it was your own home. If there are any problems, please reach out to us. We will do our best to find a quick solution.
