Welcome to the Emerald Coast at the Panama City Beach -the most superb white sandy beaches in the word! Enjoy a great affordable vacation. Parking your car at the front door is the first of many conveniences this wonderful townhouse provides. Located just across Thomas drive from the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful town home is the perfect place for a relaxing,peaceful vacation ,a piece of haven of high-rising palms above the balconies.

The beach is located less than a 5 minute walk from your door. Also,you can chill out at the community pool ,which is situated outside your back door. With 1550 sq/ ft of living space, this home has a two stories. Two balconies at the second floor and two lanai spaces at the first floor, door from master bedroom opens to the pool area.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located at the first floor: the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other one with a queen size bed and bunk beds area. The second floor is very spacious with high cathedral ceilings .This place will be ideal to fit any big family.

Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms for your comfort. Unit has a tropical warm interior design. Living room, kitchen and dining area are all open space for gathering. Half bath is also on the second floor close to the kitchen.The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. A huge dining table, kitchen with bar stools, computer deck are all for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully equipped . The house stock with pool/beach floats, umbrellas and beach chairs and towels. Our guests enjoy the coziness, cleanliness and the perfect location that our home offers during their stay! No pets allowed,No smoking allowed, Kids are welcome.You must be 25 or older to rent this house.

We LOVED this place..

The property was VERY clean. The pool is only 4 1/2 feet deep so its safer for littles. Its a pretty easy walk.to the beach but not super close, however we wanted to spend our time at St Andrew's park and its just up the road!!

Very nice- Home away from home!

What an enjoyable place to call home for a few days!! This adorable place is very spacious and neat, the neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe at all times. The walk to the beach was very easy, and the pool and surrounding grounds clean and very well maintained. Owner is quick to respond to/return phone calls and emails. The property is a short drive from Pier Park where we enjoyed shopping and dining, and also near Adventure Island Water Park. Great Place to stay.

We loved this property and location. Pool right outside the door. Beach across the street with a very short walk. Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The pictures do not show how big the home is. The owner is VERY easy to work with!!

Wonderful townhome near the beach!

I rented this townhome for 8 months in the fall and winter and it was absolutely wonderful! It is very spacious and clean and stocked with everything you could need. The decor is very modern and all the furniture and beds are very comfortable.The location is great, right across the street from the beach and it is also located in a quiet neighborhood and has a pool that is rarely used. Irina provides excellent customer service and is great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or family that wants a great place near the beach!

*Best week by the sea*

My family and I stayed here as my sister and cousin's graduation gift. We all had such a blast. I recommend this place for people of ALL ages to stay! It was literally directly across the road from the ocean. The pool was clean and well maintained, the beach house was very spacious, the rooms were great sizes, and I am really going to miss how spacious the shower was! The location was wonderful because it was not at all too busy and you could relax. The owner is easy to contact and work with. Overall, we had a BLAST and will definitely return next year! Who ever rents this will be very pleased! It was beautiful and clean and we did not have to worry about any loud neighbors!

Perfect!

This was a wonderful place for our family. It gave us the right amount of privacy. I really don't like crowds, so I couldn't have asked for a better place. My girls had the pool to themselves most days. And St. Andrews park was literally right down the road. It only took us 5 minutes to get to Walmart, Pineapple Willys and other restaurants are only minutes away. The house was spacious, well decorated, and had everything we needed. She even had chairs and an umbrella for the beach, so we didn't have to go buy any. I would highly recommend this townhouse! We hope to say here next year!

Good house, not so good owner...

Pros: -The house is cleaner than the majority of homes my family members and I have stayed in over the years. -It's a 5 min. walk to the beach. -Although I brought my own everything, she had cleaning products, TP, PT's, laundry soap, plenty of towels, etc. Cons: -The house is pretty outdated and needs some upgrades and many small fixes. -The owner is not a very nice person if anything goes wrong- your fault or not, and has poor communication skills. We got there and I texted "House is great but key is stuck in the door..." She told me to leave it in the lock- it was a safe neighborhood, no break-ins and her husband would come in the morning. I was traveling alone with 5 kids and I wasn't about to leave a key in the door- don't even want to think about what could've happened. I told her she could have someone come that night, call a locksmith, or reimburse me for one- all reasonable options to me. A neighbor came and then she texted me that I put the key in backwards. That can't happen first of all, and if it did, you wouldn't be able to unlock the door. I've used keys for 40+ years- they don't go in backwards. On our last night I put some leftover spag. down the garbage disposal and it sucked it down too fast and the drain clogged. I let her know and OMG, she acted like 1) I had done it on purpose- "you & your kids" were stuffing too much food down it 2) like I had accused her of having a crappy, disgustingly dirty disposal or something (?!) and 3) like I was telling her to come right then and fix it. I was boggled. All I did was let her know it was clogged- I didn't care when she fixed it since we were leaving in the a.m. She acted so rude and personally insulted- it was very weird. Went off about how she cleans the house and inspects it, on and on. I didn't mean to do it- it was an accident, but she made me feel TERRIBLE! If you're going to rent a house out to strangers, you've got to be able to handle the good AND the bad and communicate NICELY. We were AMAZING renters! Took good care, kept it clean, and left it immaculate. However, she sent me a pic 2 days later showing me the spag. in the drain and went off on me about "I can do what I want in my house -Google foods that don't go in gar. disp.", she was just mean and rude. My insurance paid for the plumber, oh, and a lost set of keys which of course, she filed as a "theft". sigh I'm sure she's nice if everything goes PERFECT- but humans and houses are NOT perfect.

Great place!

Great place! Our family of 5 stayed. Kids had a great time in the pool. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Lovely Location

It was a great rental for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a wonderful location. There's easy access to the beach and the pool is right by the back door! The owner was responsive and quickly solved an issue with one of the showers. We very much enjoyed our stay!

PCB with the Family

We stayed in the house for a quick vacation with the kids and it was just what we needed. The kids loved the pool. There were other vacation residents but it was not too crowded or crazy. The house had all we needed and was an easy walk across the street to the beach!

So Fresh and So Clean

I spent 5 nights here with my two teenage girls and they each brought a friend. The property is extremely well-maintained and clean! It is very bright and had everything we needed. The older girls and younger girls could have slept all in the 2nd bedroom which has a queen bed and two bunk beds, but they preferred to be in separate rooms and the older girls slept in the living room where there are two love seats and a sleeper sofa. The walk-in shower in the master, and tub shower in BR2 were spotless and the water temp and pressure was great. The beach access point is about 2 blocks away, which was an easy walk. You do have to cross a street to get there which was no problem for my 13 year old and 16 year old girls. I was comfortable with them coming and going to the beach on their own, but probably not if they were any younger. There were some basic beach supplies there for use. The pool is right outside the back door which is ultra convenient; it is shared with the other 11 units in the little complex. Neither the beach nor the pool were crowded during our June stay. The kitchen is amply stocked, and all of the appliances are in great condition. There are small porches off of each bedroom and small balconies off of the living room and kitchen. The floor plan is open and the high ceiling in the upstairs living room is nice. The AC works really well and it’s nice that the bedrooms are downstairs because they stayed cool all evening. There are two parking spots and Outlaw BBQ next door was tasty. The master mattress was pillow top and has significant impressions in it from use, that could stand to be replaced. I slept on it 5 nights and I didn’t lose any sleep over it though 😏. There is a TV in the master and one in the living room. The cable service isn’t great and they aren’t smart TVs so it was limited to that or DVDs. The remote in the living room hardly functioned. This was not very limiting because the wifi was fast and reliable so my kids just watched their phones. We also weren’t there to watch TV anyway so it worked fine for us. The bbq grill is a basic small charcoal grill and is on the master BR porch. I think that local code requires it to be over 7 ft from the house so it couldn’t be on the balcony off the kitchen or living room upstairs. I just made breakfast and lunch there and we ate out for dinner so I didn’t use the grill at all. We loved it and had a great time. Very glad I chose to stay here!

3rd Time Booking

I have booked this townhouse twice, and the one next to it once. They are always clean and well stocked with everything you might need. I love the location because it is close to St. Andrews and Pineapple Willys. Also having the pool is so nice for the younger kids that have more energy than the parents!

Love the place

This is a very clean and nice place to stay, the only thing that would have made it A five star place is the pool. It was too hot they need to fix the jets. There was only 2 jets running when the pump was on.
