Waite-n-sea was spacious and comfortable as we enjoyed watching movies, playing cards, cooking...

Waite-n-sea was spacious and comfortable as we enjoyed watching movies, playing cards, cooking and lounging at the pool. We also took advantage of the four balconies. One night we could see the sunset to the west and a rainbow to the north. Being a short walk from the beach and being close to the grocery store made this home a perfect location.

Family Vaca

Property was perfect for our family. Inside was spacious. We were there during tropical storm Debbie and we had plenty of space to eat as a family and watch movies. The outdoor furniture and rug was a little dated but the pool was awesome. 10/10 would recommend for family. We also had three kids traveling with us.

We stayed at end of season. Very dirty. Elliott Realty had the property. They ended up making it right by refunding some of our money but we left early. They tried to shampoo the mattresses that were pee stained and it made the whole place smell like dirty dog. The realty company left mattress covers for us to use. The structure of house was lovely. The Master Bedroom left more to be desired in way of the bed. The appliances worked. Pool was nice. It is located on a main road, so it is pretty busy with traffic. You can see into neighbors pools next door and when sitting on balcony see the balcony of your neighbor. I have rented through VRBO before and had a lovely experience. I do think this is a situation where cleaning staff are not doing their job. Again, the realty company made things right and were receptive by message service on VRBO. However, it was the worst vacation ever due to the issues we had with cleanliness and for price we paid. A motel 8 would be cleaner. The place is good for people who have no mobility issues. If you are traveling with someone with mobility issues it would not be great, even with use of cane, there are steep stairs to enter front of property and the master bed is tall. If mobility issues are not a problem, this place is okay. It is kid friendly but you may want to bring a baby gate for young ones. Steep steps from first floor upPool was amazing. I would say my favorite part of stay was the easy walk to stores and beach from our home.
