So close to Del Mar Race Track and Horse Fields! Ideal Del Mar Race Season Rental! Very close to beach as well.
Enjoy this relaxing yet sophisticated Tuscan detached 2-story 2-bedroom 3-bath 2400 sq ft guesthouse located in the highly coveted Isla Verde community of Solana Beach. This is a guest house on a large 1 acre property. Master bedroom with king Sleep Number bed, other bedroom with queen bed. Full bath downstairs. 75' HDTV. Fully stocked kitchen. Gorgeous wood floors. Large grassy backyard. HD cable TV and internet. Excellent location close to everything!
2 upstairs bedrooms, both with own bathrooms with showers. Downstairs full bath with bathtub. Billiards room.
Sleeps 4 in beds (5-6 if you don't mind an air mattress).
Serene and peaceful, overlooking the first green at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. But so close to everything San Diego has to offer: Less than 2 miles from the Del Mar Race Track and the best beaches in San Diego. Walking distance to restaurants, theater, coffee houses, San Dieguito Park. 30 minutes from Downtown Gas Lamp district, San Diego Airport, Convention Center, PetCo Park, Sea World, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Parks with excellent hiking trails and great surf. 15 minutes from La Jolla with it's Birch Aquarium, La Jolla Cove, Scuba, Kayaking, Caves, Torrey Pines state park, and outstanding restaurants and beaches as well as Torrey Pines golf course.
Air conditioning was recently installed but we rarely use it since we are so coastal and it stays cool with the cool ocean breezes.
