We liked the location as it was close to the harbour and the ferries to Waiheke Island. The Countdown Market was across the street and was convenient for picking up our food. There is a washer machine and clothes dryer in the unit. The air-conditioning was not working properly, but that was resolved quickly by the rental manager Katie following the holiday weekend.
