Welcome to White Sands, a spacious oceanfront retreat with direct beach access and sweeping Atlantic views.

Walls of windows bring the ocean into the main living areas, while a private walkway puts the beach just steps from the house. The expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen features a chef's gas range, oversized island, generous counter space, wine refrigerator, and plenty of seating between the dining table and island.

Step outside to the large oceanfront deck with multiple seating and dining areas overlooking Folly Beach. Below the home, a covered second gathering area and oceanfront lawn provide even more room to relax in the shade after a day on the beach.

All five bedrooms and the primary indoor living spaces are conveniently located on one level, with the main bedroom located on one side of the home and the remaining four bedrooms on the opposite side. White Sands combines generous gathering spaces, direct beachfront access, and unobstructed ocean views for an easy Folly Beach getaway.

NOTES
- Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless-entry system. Your door code will be provided before arrival.
- Parking: Parking is available in the back lot, driveway, and underneath the home.
- Beach Equipment: Beach equipment is not provided. Any equipment that happens to be available at the property is available for guest use.
- Security: For security purposes, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM

HOUSE RULES
- You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.
- No pets are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved in advance by our office.
- The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
- If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and potential impacts to the homeowner's business license.
- The property's maximum occupancy of 11 guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
- If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
