After living overseas and travelling the world for nearly 20 years as international educators, we know how important the small things are when it comes to being comfortable in a rental apartment.

Why they chose this property

The perfect getaway location if you are looking for modern comforts in a peaceful and private location, high amongst the treetops with gorgeous views. This modern, single-level apartment contains a kitchen/dining/lounge area, and a spacious bedroom with queen size bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub with a river view. Enjoy a treetop experience and the fragrances of natural bush surroundings on the outdoor patio which includes BBQ facilities. The apartment faces the North-East and so the floor-to-ceiling windows capture glorious sunrises over the Tamar River Valley. There is free parking just outside the apartment and you are a short 1-minute walk from the Tamar Ridge cellar Door and the Turner Stillhouse Distillery.

This is a perfect location to serve as a base for exploring the beautiful North of Tasmania throughout the entire year. The Tamar Ridge Estate Vineyards are a part of world-renowned wine trails that include many fine wineries located throughout the Tamar Valley and across the North of the State. Only 10 minutes away is the delightful Rosevears Waterfront Tavern which serves delicious meals all day. Just a few kilometres away at Legana are supermarket and shopping centre facilities, including a bakery, chemist, butcher and newsagent.
