Aloha and Welcome to our Beach Home, a stunning two-story townhome with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has undergone a complete renovation and is newly furnished, highlighting a contemporary tropical beach house design. The downstairs kitchen, living room, and lanai are open to an expansive greenbelt lined with coconut palms and ocean vistas, the ideal setting to grill, dine, relax, and enjoy the tropical sunshine with your family and friends. It is located on the secluded south side of Puamana, which was unharmed by the Lahaina fire.
Perfect for families, surfers, SUPs, divers, kayakers, and ocean lovers, it offers direct access to the water and a heated outdoor shower on the lanai.
The first main suite upstairs offers a spacious ocean and mountain view deck for sunning and star gazing, an en-suite bath, a personal smart TV, and a top-quality king-sized bed. The second main bedroom also upstairs has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub, a king-size bed with tropical garden views, and a personal smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen-sized custom bed and garden views. It is on the ground floor, with a guest bath outside the bedroom. The split ductless air conditioning, ceiling fans, and quiet double-pane glass windows throughout will quickly cool you and the family after a fun-filled day in the sun.
Enjoy a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, tropical coconut tree-filled lawns, and a golden sand beach. At Puamana, you're not stacked up in a high rise; instead, you enjoy a low-rise home set amongst palm tree-filled lawns, beautiful sunsets, and star-filled skies, all just a short distance from world-class golf, unique shopping, and fabulous Kaanapali and Kapalua dining experiences. Two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway, Foodland Farms, and Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle, are conveniently located within a ten-minute drive.
While the Historic Clubhouse and townhomes on the north side of the property are processing permits to rebuild, you will still be able to enjoy the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for.

Great place, close to beach! Loved all the extras like beach chairs, tennis rackets, and snorkel gear. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was great! Super close to beach access for amazing sunsets, short walk to the awesome deep water ocean front pool. Super close to Front Street and stores! The condo it self was super nice, updated and clean! Listing was spot on with description. Overall a wonderful home, Thank You!!

Great location, sandy beach (ok for surfing). Beds very comfy. Nice outside space. Just a mile to downtown and a couple large grocery stores nearby.
Strict rules on noise (don’t chirp your car alarm, but instead use key), pool is quiet- signs posted No Marco Polo).
Overall great find.

We loved our stay at 185-2, location was awesome and loved walking up and down Front St. beach access nearby, parking is the limiting factor. Very few food supplies because we were probably the first group to stay there, plenty of cookware and flatware. Maintenance tended to our one issue with a loose stair quickly and completely. Staff were accommodating and lovely. 100% recommend staying here.

Positives first:
Secure gated community within a short walk to town. Incredible surfing. Nice pools for relaxing. Friendly neighbors mostly. Property management very responsive after broken water pipe and ice maker malfunction.
Negatives:
VERY close to the highway with almost constant traffic noise including larger trucks. Property management misinformed us about there not being beach chairs and toys at the unit when there actually were, so we rented extras unnecessarily. Lastly, a few very uptight owners have turned some of the common areas into a wildly uptight police state with a million DO NOT signs including No Marco Polo at the pools :-)
Overall, a great stay - we liked the location and cleanliness of the property.
Areas that would make the stay even better:
- We had small children - could use lower beds (all beds were very high) and a couple of step stools for the bathrooms.
- The first floor "bedroom" was very small with no closet. Consider bunk beds and adding a closet in that room.
- There were no surfaces or bureaus in the 2 main bedrooms upstairs, though the closets were spacious. The small end tables were very low considering the height of the beds. One chair in the primary bedroom would have been nice.
- We were careful not to soil the rug underneath the dining room table. For ease of cleaning, consider moving that rug to the living room (with no rug under the dining table).
On property:
-the children's play area needs maintenance attention. The weeds and grass under the play equipment was very overgrown.
-the pool near the ocean needs maintenance. The fence is rusty and one of the locks can only be accessed on the outside, making it cumbersome to reach over when exiting.
