Step on through to the rear family room, ideal for relaxed family living or perfect as the kids lounge room being convenient to the 2nd (1 queen bed) and 3rd bedrooms (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed) at the rear, both with BIRobes and the main downstairs bathroom with bath and separate toilet along with the laundry.
Upstairs has a roomy master suite with queen bed, large WIRobe, full sized ensuite bathroom with double vanity and private balcony taking full advantage of the spectacular waterside vista. There is a 3rd sitting room upstairs as well as the spacious 4th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
Fantastic outdoor entertaining area under the rear pergola and neat rear yard with lawn area. Moor your boat across the road at the private jetty and mooring poles and enjoy cruising the river at your leisure.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
