Recently renovated with new windows, roof and siding, and fresh paint inside and out, along with a stunning new third floor en-suite Master Bedroom with sliders to a private deck featuring ocean views; This 3rd level has A/C mini split. New for 2021- A/C added to 1st & 2nd floors. Access to East Sandwich public beach is across the street, over the dunes, and then a short walk along the shore to the public beach area.

The week was fantastic. It started off with a bonus. We were notified that because they finished cleaning we could check-in 3 hours earlier. It felt like we had a extra day. The house was spacious with a large deck facing the ocean. We hope to rent it again next summer.
What a beautiful home! View of water from master is gorgeous. I loved all the artwork. Quick access to beach. Misty, our dog, felt so comfortable in the home. I can’t thank you enough for allowing us to bring our 6th family member. Vacation would not have been the same without her. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Big property
The house is very large, plenty of space. The 3rd floor Master was stunning and so was the balcony off it. The 1st floor smelt musky and caused our allergies to act up. The beach that was walking distance was a private beach so you could not use it. Overall location was nice and private.you could see the 4th of July fireworks from the deck.

Loved this dog friendly home for a little getaway with my kids and parents.I Should have booked directly with NE rental compnay to save money. House could use some TLC in places re: new throw rugs, some chipped baseboard paint and 2 crank windows broken and stuck slightly open, but still very charming and comfortable. Great new kitchen appliances and fully stocked. awesome big windows for sunfilled relaxing and visiting. Bedrooms clean & comfortable with new pillows,
thin handsome quilts and extra blankets in closets. Bathrooms clean and with lovely decor. walk to beach easy and had good mix of soft sand and pretty stones and many cool nature finds. Quiet, peaceful area. Grateful for our 3 days here with our group of 7 and our lab mix. thanks to the owners for the opportunity!
