Genoa is a stylish lakefront apartment situated an easy walk into Wanaka town centre. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property is situated at the new Marina Terraces complex, in a fantastic location on the lakefront.
The apartment has a bright open plan living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space with couches draped in sheepskins surrounding a gas fireplace. This is a great spot to enjoy a glass of delicious Central Otago beer or wine while watching the sun set over the mountains. This area opens up onto a large balcony, also enjoying the view and also featuring another gas fireplace and outdoor sofas.
The three bedrooms are finished beautifully with luxurious linen duvet covers, all with wardrobe space for guests to unpack, and each having use of its own bathroom (2 of which are ensuite bathrooms) Two have super king beds which can be split into twin rooms, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
The apartment is an easy 5 minute stroll into Wanaka, with the tracks & trails around the lake easily accessible on your doorstep. Why not rent bikes (we can help with this) and bike around the lake and along the river track to Albert Town & enjoy a pastry and hot beverage at the delicious Pembroke Patisserie before biking back into Wanaka? Or bike into town & enjoy some food & drinks at some of Wanaka`s amazing restaurants & cafes.
